The apartment is just as described, even better. Spacious, comfortable, very clean, super well equipped, well-lit, minimalist and tasteful decor, modern. Very cozy and with an unbeatable view of the lake that allows you to rest and enjoy the environment. The condo is very quiet, which gives an environment of privacy and calm. Relatively close to the civic center if you drive and several tourist attractions in Bariloche. We loved the place and certainly will go back. Price/quality ratio corresponds to the level of apartment they offer. Gastón, an excellent host, super attentive, responds quickly, polite, flexible and concerned with giving clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

Very nice apartment a few blocks from downtown with all the amenities. Notable for having free laundry inside the building and a garage. We were also able to check out a little later.

Cristian’s place in Bariloche is ideally located and has a stunning view. It’s the perfect spot for a retreat, he is a wonderful host and is very responsive.

Very nice apartment. Despite being a single environment it is very spacious, with a nice view of the lake. The central heating is also excellent. The WiFi always walked. The hot water in the shower is very good. Impeccable.

The house is extremely comfortable and cozy. Exactly like the pictures. Javier was always very attentive and asked to help us. Excellent stay option for those who wish to be a little further away from the Bariloche hustle and plan to take car trips to other cities such as Route 40. Wifi is unstable, but the cell phone network is constant. We had a wonderful experience.

The house is beautiful and exactly as it is in the photos. Super cozy and spacious with a lovely lake view. The location is amazing, 20 min from the cathedral hill and the civic center of Bariloche. There are several beautiful restaurants very close by that avoid the muvuca and the lines of the center. In addition, the house has two indoor barbecues (one gas and one charcoal) that are great for colder days. We had small setbacks with the house's heating and hot water system that were promptly resolved. The host is very attentive and is always willing to help with. It was an amazing stay and I hope to come back more often. Super recommend!

This house is wonderful, very well equipped with everything that was necessary for a wonderful stay. It is located near downtown and the style of the house is spectacular, you feel like you're in a movie. Communication was timely and friendly, and they were attentive to our needs. Really charming and one of the best places I've stayed. I would come back without hesitation

Isabella is a great host, the surroundings and the house are spectacular, the pool is a luxury, we felt right at home.

We went 3 parents with 7 children to ski. The house is excellent, very spacious, decoration with all the details, very well-equipped, very safe (within a country), reasonably well located (20 minutes from Cerro and 15 from downtown). A very large jacuzzi that we enjoy to recover from skiing. I'm sure the next ski season will be back.

Cecilia and Mark helped me from the beginning to the end of our stay, always very requested, polite and very friendly. Our flight was changed and they were super flexible with our check in as well as helping us with our car rental and rental of the van for airport transfer. They also gave us tips for cool restaurants around the city. I only have compliments about the house. Facing the lake, a private beach, spectacular gourmet space. The house is extremely beautiful, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. I look forward to coming back!

Excellent days. Diego was very attentive. We had some mishaps and he helped us to solve them. The apartment is complete, very well located.

Lovely condo right on the polo grounds and very close to the side entrance to Arelauquen. Beds and bathrooms are spotless and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The living area is inviting and comfortable, and there’s great wifi. Given early mornings during the summer, we really appreciated the black out curtains to help sleep in. The housekeeper was responsive by phone to questions about washing machine, etc. Loved the condo and would definitely return!

The duplex is located within Arelauquen and has a dream view, located in front of the Polo Club House. It is just as seen in the photos, in a super safe environment and with access to different trails for those who really like to hike the mountain! This was my second year straying at Julio’s place. It’s a great apartment with everything you could possibly need. The location is great and Julio is a fantastic host. He’s happy to recommend anywhere you might want to explore or help you find a place to eat. The parking is also fantastic for the location.

Amazing location with a great view. The host gave great local tips. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and with the entire structure. Great pool! Excellent location security with 24-hour guard! For those who want to ski, it is very close to the ski resort!
