Cottage vacation rentals in Barichara

The place is just as you can see in the photos, the kitchen is very well equipped, the climate is perfect, it has many walking trails, the cell phone signal is perfect, 10 minutes from Barichara, a very nice place, highly recommended! We will be back!

The house, its gardens and the pool are beautiful, the area where it is located is quiet, safe and full of country life, the attention of all the people in charge was excellent, always attentive to make us feel comfortable, they welcomed us on our arrival and said goodbye to us on departure with great kindness and joy, the breakfasts are abundant and very tasty, although it was not our case the house has a very well equipped kitchen for long stays. We would stay again as many times as we return to Barichara, I think it is the best reference we can give. The access road to the property is in very good condition, it is approximately 12 to 15 minutes to the entrance of Barichara, which makes it almost essential to have transportation. Thanks to Adriana and all her staff for a nice stay.

An excellent place to rest with the family, the house is spectacular and the complex is very nice. It's more than what's expected based on the photos in the listing. We will definitely be back, Mrs. Dilsia's service is very good and timely. A highly recommended place.

We were in the family the first days of January 2024, the hacienda is very nice, there are activities for children, young people, adults. Quite a green area, trees, gardens; the house is large and with many environments to enjoy. There is a pool, play area, basketball court, others. Excellent for getting away from the city. The access road in good condition, about 20 minutes from Barichara. The people in charge took good care of us.

All the reviews said it exceeded expectations, and we cannot agree more. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves, which made us want to stay an extra night. Even then it was hard to leave! We felt right at home and service was impeccable. Don't miss out on this place!

It is very nice and quiet place. The location is very good and easy to get to. It's always very clean and people are very attentive. Luis is a great guest. We felt right at home. Highly recommended!!

I went back in time when I was living in Michoacán Mexico up in the magic towns when electricity was not available and every around your live was completely organic and in deep quietness to be with you within! Good location to go to San Gil and Barichara. Excellent view

The place is amazing if you want to disconnect from the city and connect with nature x The host and the people around them are quite hospitable and always willing to help, show the routes, etc. The only recommendation is that if or if you must have a car suitable for uncovered road and it is a little far from Barichara otherwise it is perfect.

Great place to stay in quiet place and close to different tourist attractions

It's a lovely place to relax and reconnect. The house is beautiful and very spacious, the room and bathroom are impeccable. It is a space full of light and nature. The house is located on the outskirts of town, with a beautiful view of Barichara and a perfect distance for walking (10-15 min). Johana and her partner are wonderful, friendly hosts and are willing to share everything they know and have discovered in Barichara. All recommended places were spectacular.

We loved Casa Upa! Exactly what is advertised. We wanted to be a bit out of town, but close enough to walk to the plaza if we wanted. Sonia was extremely helpful with recommendations to everything, from restaurants to activities. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious and Doña Flor was also very helpful. We truly enjoyed our time in Barichara!

The accommodation is as described in the listing. It is in line with its surroundings, within a natural reserve where you have to be careful with waste and respect the space of other species. It is very comfortable and quiet, perfect for those who love nature and are looking for a different experience than a conventional hotel. John responds promptly and is very kind and clear in his communication. We will definitely be back!

totally recommended to rest large spaces and doña flor keeps everything very attentive. soon with the road if the car is very small if it can cost you a little work to get to the property of the rest, everything is perfect
