The villa exceeded all expectations. All rooms were immaculate and the wine cellar is a fantastic shared area to chill around the fire. There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the facilities available are impeccable. Geno the host is fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay a success, nothing was too much trouble. He met us very early in the morning at the villa when we arrived to show us around, took us to the shop for supplies and advised throughout the trip on the best places to go and on the final day came to meet us with our luggage in the evening so we could have another day exploring. We really could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this place to anyone!

A wonderful place to stay! The house is cozy and clean, well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are a dream for those seeking peace and quiet—just the forest, birds singing, and fresh air. The hosts are very welcoming and always ready to help. Another highlight is their own winery, where you can enjoy local wine. I enjoyed the time I spent here very much.

Excellent place and excellent communication with the hosts! The house was super for 4 persons, very clean and nicely decorated! Plenty of space and as it was snowing during our days there, that made our stay very special! Overall a great experience!

We had great time here! The place is quite and cozy, and Kote is a great host! He took us from Tbilisi with his car, brought us homemade honey and chacha. There is a great kitchen with all the amenities and an outside oven where we made barbecue. Keep in mind that there is no central heating (but a fireplace does its job) and the water heater works only for a few minutes, but the rest is really comfortable! We totally will recommend the place to our friends. P. S. We were here with the dog, who liked the place even more then we did😁

Lovingly designed cottage with attention to the smallest detail. Also the breakfast was very generous and delicious. Great location close to Dilijan. Absolutely recommended!

I am deeply impressed by this stay, I can’t remember when last time I saw hotels / glam pings with such great organisation, attention to detail and so on. Artem is super responsive and friendly and the site and accommodation is totally great: food, hot tub, activities, the territory, it’s all beyond comparisons. Thanks a lot for everything !!
