Excellent choice for a vacation, we were delighted with the host's attention and the house. The location of this complex is super central, the guards are extremely friendly, the common areas are impeccable. We really liked that there being a mini supermarket inside the residential complex where we could have breakfast and buy things for the house without using the car. The house is very comfortable and with a very nice view of the canal, where we could catch the boat directly at the property to go to the beach (super convenient). I would definitely repeat my stay. The location is unbeatable, right on the canals, with direct access from the canal to the houseboat. The property is spacious, luxurious and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with 5-star standards, ideal for a family or group of up to 8 people with good taste. The pool is kept perfectly clean and is a real plus for relaxing. The host, Tere, was exceptional: very friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. 100% recommended. Without a doubt, my rating is 5 out of 5. A perfect experience!

Second time in José's apartment and again it was a pleasant experience. There was a problem with the internet service but the host's solution was practically immediate. Recommended

Our stay was 4 nights for a family of 7 people, there were single beds for 6 people and mats for any extra. The apartment had all the amenities: water, heater, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, basic kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, pool chairs, wine cellar, etc. It's important to note that there was a TV but no cable service, and there is WiFi but it's not high speed, which would be a great plus to have. The pool is great, always at a warm temperature, I guess it has a temperature regulation system, very nice. The surveillance is constant and very efficient, two parking spaces. The service of the person in charge of the apartment is very good.

We stayed at the Rinconcito Playero apartment for a few days with the family. It has two floors, two bedrooms and plenty of space. Everything was perfect from check-in to checkout. The air conditioning worked perfectly, hot water in the shower, and it's pet friendly! Two huge and very nice pools. They treated us very well and everything went perfectly. The beaches nearby are beautiful.

Very good stay, exactly as described, with a kitchen, living room and a good-sized room for a couple. There was also very good communication from Nazareth, who in turn gave us flexibility with check-in. Its best point is the location, which is half a block from Playa Lido and two blocks from the main avenue of Lechería. We only found a few specific issues caused by the humidity of the air conditioning and in the bathroom. A very good option to spend a few days in Lechería, with enough comfort and a good location that allows you to walk around the area.

Impeccable attention, very responsible host and the place is excellent. I would certainly stay there again.
