Excellent studio for a short trip to the Bordeaux region. Advantages: - Near shops - Well-equipped (kitchen utensils) - Washing machine and dryer - Comfortable bed Cons - Unpredictable heating - Bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, bed upstairs with a small narrow staircase: impractical for trips in the middle of the night

We went to Cognac for the Blues Passion festival. The accommodation is ideal, central and close to everything (shops, public garden, restaurants, bakeries...). Ludovic welcomed us in person, very friendly and gave good advice. The accommodation is very convenient, clean, very well equipped, very personal where you feel at home. Excellent bedding. comfort. No complaints. Very convenient private parking to leave the car for the duration of the stay. Thanks Ludovic for everything!!!!
