Ho trascorso un wee-kend con la mia famiglia, Okcaha gentilissima e disponibile. Il apartamento ben pulito è ordinato niente da dire, si trova anche in una buona posizione vicino al mare, nei dintorni e ben gestita di ristorante e supermercato. La consiglierei.

Ожиданиея превзошли картинку нашей большой и чистой комнаты с видовой лоджией! Каждый день меняли белье,когда просили постирать свои вещи-замечательная женщина которая убирала в комнате,с очаровательной улыбкой делала это безотказно и мастерски! Расположение апартаментов очень удобное-в шаговой доступности магазины,ресторанчики и чудесные пляжи ! Обязательно сюда вернемся! Рекомендую по 10ти бальной шкале эту локацию на все 10 баллов!!!

Прекрасная, чистая и удобная квартира, расположенная в курортном посёлке Пржно, в общине Будва. Тихий район, в жаркие летние дни здесь ещё есть прохлада по ночам, нет толп туристов и шумных заведений. На разном удалении от квартиры есть 3 муниципальных пляжа, где можно как взять в аренду зонты и лежаки, так и расположиться со своим зонтом и подстилкой. До ближайшего пляжа всего 4 минуты ходьбы. Он состоит из 2-х частей: одна часть примыкает к отельному пляжу и имеет довольно приятный вход в море, вторая часть более живописна, но вход в море там довольно непростой из-за больших, скользких, а зачастую и острых камней. Этот пляж довольно быстро заполняется отдыхающими, поэтому находиться на нём комфортно до 10 утра или после 20 вечера. В 15 минутах ходьбы есть большой пляж Каменово. В 20 минутах ходьбы через прекрасный Королевский парк есть очень приятный пляж - Свети Стефан. Рядом с квартирой есть 3 небольших магазинчика. Большие магазины, с большим ассортиментом и более низкими ценами, есть в Рафаиловичах, Бечичах, Будве. Туда можно дойти пешком, вдоль моря, спустившись к пляжу Каменово или доехать на автобусе. Автобусная остановка расположена в 3-х минутах ходьбы от дома. Хозяйка всегда была на связи. Смело рекомендуем данную квартиру для отдыха в Черногории.

Все соответствует описанию, отличное расположение. Соотношение цена качество лучше не найти.Очень близко до пляжа.Идеальное место где провели отличный семейный отдых. Вернёмся обязательно.

Kao i sto svi pisu Oksana je super host, tu je uvek za sva pitanja. Stan je bio cist i isti kao i na slikama, blizu plaze i prodavnice. +Preko puta direktno je restoran gde ima svaki dan drugi dnevni meni (supa, glavno jelo, salata i casa pica-ove god za 9,5€). Nisu daleko ni plazni restorani/kafici gde ima i dosta brze hrane (pica, girosa, palanicka, pljeskavica itd za 2-4€). Kao i prodavnica ideja i razne pekare su u blizini stana. -Za one koje planiraju da kuvaju cesto mozda bitna info da u kuhinji nema tople vode za pranje sudja. +U stanu ima osnovnog pribora za kuvanje, fen, daska za peglanje i pegla, masina za ves, zica za susenje vesa(koja eventualno treba da se zameni-par zica su otkacene). -Ono cega nema je prasak/deterdzent za pranje vesa, ali se lako nabavi. Ali nista ne radi nedeljom tako da na vreme u kupovinu. -Za one koje dolaze sa malom decom i kolicima- da znate ima desetak stepenika pre lifta. +Dobijete internet koji mozete nositi sa sobom, baterija drzi 4 sata.

Our Airbnb stay was truly wonderful! The place was incredibly clean and had a warm and welcoming feel. Everything we needed was provided and even exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly helpful and gave us great local tips and suggestions. They were so kind and even left us a fridge full of delicious treats from their garden and the region. They also made sure we were comfortable by providing mosquito repellents. What really made our stay special was their genuine kindness – they made us feel like dear friends. We had an amazing time here, all thanks to their exceptional hospitality and care. We're already looking forward to coming back!

Un lieu de séjour idéal dans la baie de Kotor! L'appartement de Dzenata est très spacieux, décoré avec soin et avec tout le confort (en particulier la climatisation) pour une famille de cinq personnes et même plus. En plus des deux chambres, on peut facilement dormir à quatre dans le grand salon qui mesure environ 100m2. Un espace agréable et calme. Les parents de Dzenata nous ont accueillis sur place de manière très chaleureuse. Ce sont des personnes charmantes et ouvertes qui pratiquent plusieurs langues. Nous avons pu échanger avec eux en italien qu'ils parlent couramment. Ils nous ont donné toutes les informations utiles sur les alentours: les plages, les commerces et les sites à visiter. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la plage à 5 minutes à pieds de la maison. Un séjour au Monténégro (facilement accessible à partir de l'aéroport de Dubrovnik) dont nous garderons le meilleur souvenir. Nous recommandons vivement Colors seaside appartment et la famille de Dzenata, toujours disponible pour répondre à tous nos besoins.

Superbe lieu, super hôte ! si vous recherchez un petit havre de paix à deux pas du lac de skadar, avec un hôte accueillant et sympathique : allez chez Mladen ! c'est un plaisir de profiter de la piscine et deu jardin, magnifique. Mladen est aux petits soins : il nous a offert des légumes (délicieux) de son jardin, nous a emmené en bateau découvrir le lac de Skadar, fait goûter le vin qu'il produit. Mladen et sa maman ont également été adorables quand notre fille de 3 ans a été malade (merci pour la soupe et la viande !). bref : n'hésitez pas, venez !

We had a great stay here. Check in was very easy and the apartment is exactly as described and comes well equipped with everything that you’d need. It is around a 30 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, the supermarket is a short walk down the road. We would stay here again

Victor first came to the bus station to pick us up, then he adviced us to go shopping and took us to the store, he then drove us home and showed us our suite. It was very clean and cosy. We especially enjoyed the pool and the fireplace. We could go swimming anytime of the day and the pool was very clean and well maintained whilst we were there. The pool area also had lounge chairs and there were some pool toys. The garden around the pool was also very beautiful with lots of fruit bearing trees/plants. He also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from his vineyard. He had to communicate with a translator but, it was still very easy to communicate with him and trust what he said. We would definitely love to stay here again when next we’re in Montenegro.

Wonderful stay, close to Tivat. Extremely quiet and away from the action but close enough to walk. The apartment is spacious and Pelin was always responsive as a host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

sehr schön gelegen, alles vorhanden, sehr sauber und der Vermieter hat schnell regiert und war hilfsbereit! Leider funktionierte bei uns das wlan nicht ; was uns persönlich sehr wichtig war …

Llegamos desde la estación de bus al alojamiento en unos 6 min a pie. Lindo edificio aunque sin escaleras, el departamento se encuentra en un 4to piso. Amplio y Bien decorado, con aire acondicionado en el living, sofá comodo. No utilizamos la cocina más que para un té. Pero es linda. La habitación no cuenta con aire pero si con una ventana para que corra viento en la noche. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Lo recomiendo

pobyt był bardzo udany. lokalizacja mieszkania pozwalała na pozostawienie samochodu na parkingu przed blokiem i piesze dojście do centrum Kotoru (około 15 minutowy spacer). w bardzo bliskim sąsiedztwie znajdują się sklepy oraz piekarnia. samo mieszkanie było spore także mogliśmy czuć się swobodnie.rzeczą, która może niekiedy przeszkadzać są odgłosy samochodów i motocykli od strony ulicy. Właścicielka mieszkania która nas przywitała jest bardzo miłą i kontaktową osobą dzięki czemu wszystkie potrzebne informacje uzyskaliśmy bez problemu. cały pobyt zaliczamy do udanych 😊

We were a group of 8 friends, and stayed at Vila Plitka for 5 days. Fantastic villa, with really beautiful views across the Bay of Kotor. The villa is located right on the beachfront, with direct access into the sea. We swam every day! There is a large, private outside space, along with the jetty out into the bay. Maya and Droko were great with communication prior to our arrival, and made themselves available during the trip (which we didn't need). They left a lovely welcome gift of some food and drinks. Washing machine and dishwasher tablets were supplied, which we were grateful for. All the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. There are bathrooms on every floor. There was some damp in one of the bedrooms. The sauna is a nice addition, but warms up quite slowly and does not get that hot.

Good location. Clear room with all necessary inside. Two shops not far. 3 min to the sea and one of the best beaches in the Tivat. We were with a small child, and the owner made everything to make our accommodation thee comfortable. I can fully recommend this apartments to Tivat visitors.

Hotel staff were very helpful and generous.
