Really interesting house, very spacious with a great view over a lake. Listened to lots of birds and frogs at night. WiFi very fast. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet and peaceful as well.

If you are looking for a remote and beautiful place by the lake this place is perfect. Lidija and her family are kind and made us wonderful food and drinks for a weekend and showed us great hospitality. We got picked up by boat (make sure you don’t take too much baggage when you go) and had a little tour on the lake which was amazing. There was some issues with electricity but they quickly fixed it for us and we had a comfortable stay!

The stay was incredible, okasana was always super fast to respond, she gave us clear instruction about getting to the place. The house was top notch clean and everything inside was brand new. I would highly recommend staying there!!

Nikolas house was a great destination! It's really spacious and it was very clean in all rooms. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped if you are planning to cook for yourself. It also has a nice balcony and a parking lot in front of the house to park your car on privat ground. Nikola was very quick and friendly responding my messages. He also offered to organise a boat tour for the Skadar lake (which is very beautiful and close by). Entering the house was also very flexible, because you can just take the keys out of a locker at the house. So we really had a great time at Nikolas house and could definitely recommend it!!

pobyt u Macy i Marko będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. byliśmy tam miesiąc mieliśmy do dyspozycji cały dom z 2 tarasami w tym jeden na dachu z widokiem na morze. Maca opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt, obdarowała mojego wnuka zabawkami i często bawiła się z nim. Przez cały okres mieliśmy dużo gości co wiązało się z częstą zmianą pościeli i ręczników, z czym nie było żadnego problemu. Pyszne figi z jej drzewa były do naszej dyspozycji, a winogrona, smaczny z nich sok czy arbuzy, to tylko niektóre podarunki, którymi nas rozpieszczała. Nawet ładowarkę, którą zostawiliśmy odesłała nam do Polski. Jej życzliwość będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. Pobyt przerósł nasze oczekiwania.

Der Aufenthalt in Filip‘s Haus war unser absolutes Highlight des Urlaubs. Mitten in der montenigrinischen Natur gelegen- dieses Erlebnis war unbezahlbar. Das Haus war noch besser als im Inserat beschrieben, wenn das überhaupt geht. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und vermissen die ruhigen Abende draußen unter den Weinreben jetzt schon. Lieber Filip, vielen Dank, dass du Touristen wie uns es möglich machst, dass wir Montenegro so erleben durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder 💖.

Great place with everything you need for your stay. Various beaches are reachable in 10-30 minutes by foot, but you can also always just stay home and enjoy the pool and bbq. We were a group of 7 people and had more than enough space in the house. Marija and her family are amazing hosts, very helpful and kind, they assisted us with everything from our rent a car to boat tours.

Aleksandra was an excellent, attentive host. We arrived later than hoped and Aleksandra went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The property is even better in person - highly recommend. Wonderful, safe location with an unbelievable view.

Das Haus ist am Berg gelegen und bietet einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf das Meer und die schöne Landschaft. Wir haben ein Frühstück dazu gebucht und es war super lecker. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Milan.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Montenegro. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt sogar Pooltücher und Bademäntel. Die Küche ist recht klein, es gibt nur zwei Kochfelder, ist aber ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, es gibt eine große Terrasse und einen tollen Pool. Sladjana gibt tolle Tipps und die Bootstour bei ihr hat sich sehr gelohnt! Bis zum nächsten Strand braucht man etwa 30 min, allgemein wird ein Auto gebraucht für Unternehmungen etc. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es im Ort.

Нам очень понравилось проживание в этом уютном и чистом доме. Прекрасный вид с террасы на море и горы, чистые бассейны. Местные кошечки приходили в гости. Единственный минус- без машины будет неудобно. Город, магазины, развлечения и море далековато. На машине минут 15. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

The host is very good. The house is very nice. The pool and view is spectacular. The pictures represent reality very well. The trafic is not for the fainthearted.

Miejsce spokojne, zadbane. Spędziliśmy tu 7 nocy. Dobra Voda jako miejscowość nie zachwyciła nas. Tłumy ludzi, zgiełk, plastik. Nie ma kontaktu z przyrodą. Jest dużo sklepów - to bardzo wygodne. Sam budynek, w którym jest apartament to kompleks kilkunastu mieszkań z dostępem do basenu i w dole do morza - tam leżaki i parasole bezpłatnie do dyspozycji gości, ale ludzie wcześnie rano je zajmują. Ścieżka tam wśród pięknej roślinności, idealna do robienia zdjęć - szczególnie o zachodzie słońca. Zejście do morza po drabince lub śliskich schodach - weź buty kąpielowe. Bezpośrednie zejście z mieszkania na basen po schodkach bardzo wygodne. Gdy w basenie byli inni ludzie hałas nie był męczący, bo ze względu na klimatyzację zamknięte są drzwi i okna. Taras czysty z pięknym widokiem. Idealny na poranną kawę lub wieczorną lampkę wina. Gospodarz punktualny i odpowiedzialny. Bardzo dobry kontakt. Wypożyczyliśmy od niego samochód na dwa dni. Wszystko przebiegło bez zarzutu. Dziękujemy!

Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour mais pour le prix demandé, le nettoyage n’est pas suffisant. Le frigo était sale, le wc moyen, le lavabo est taché de colle, le cendrier sur la terrasse n’était pas vidé, la bouilloire était pleine de tartre. Il n’y a pas de rideau dans la chambre du haut et il fait très jour à partir de 5h30 du matin. C’était gênant pour nous. Sinon, ce fut très agréable de pouvoir déjeuner à l’extérieur sur la terrasse, la vue est superbe et l’endroit paisible. Et ce n’est pas très loin en voiture de Virpazar où il est facile de se garer. Ivan est très sympa et a envie que tout se passe bien aussi nous faisons ces commentaires pour qu’il puisse améliorer le rapport qualité prix. Et nous lui souhaitons une bonne continuation !

Milica and her husband were really friendly and helpful. The handing over and return was super easy. The camper van is a few days old, so don't expect it to be super clean and shiny, but it met all our needs. We can only recommend it for a great road trip through beautiful Montenegro.

Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Mit dem vorhandenen Kayak kann man direkt vom Hauseigenen Meerreszugang die Gegend sehr gut vom Meer aus erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit... gerne wider.

The views were stunning, Zaim who was working in the cafe made us dinner and breakfast, all provided on time and nicely presented. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. All important for cyclists. Bed was comfortable.

Quiet & peaceful spot, with astounding views of Lake Skadar and the mountains. Extremely welcoming and friendly host who was a pleasure to meet! Apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Sara was very helpful to give us information about local activities and I recommend the boat trip on the lake, relaxing, beautiful scenery and birdlife. Exciting to see the pelicans!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Aufgrund von Verspätungen im Flugverkehr kamen wir 7h später als geplant, mitten in der Nacht, an. Der Check-In war trotzdem unkompliziert und wir wurden mit frisch gebackenem Brot und einem gefüllten Kühlschrank begrüßt. Dies ließ uns den Anreisestreß etwas vergessen. Sanda war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns viele Empfehlungen zu Restaurants und Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, um Montenegro kennenzulernen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Vater von Ana war immer sehr hilfsbereit, nett und hat uns viele gute Empfehlungen gegeben was man in Bar und Umgebung machen kann! Eine große Empfehlung sind die Wasserfälle die nur einen kleinen Fußmarsch von der Unterkunft entfernt sind. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut mit dem Zug erreichbar und der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich gewesen, eine Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine waren auch vorhanden. Alles in allem eine Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Die Preis/Leistung ist ebenfalls sehr gut

Zejnepa was a great host, helping out and being always available at the times when I texted her (which were not few in a 2month stay:) Dobra voda is a beautiful small town with the right balance between liveliness and peace and quiet in the summer. There are plenty of supermarkets near the apartment and the beaches and bars are great. Perfect place for a study/work holiday, would def book again.
