Great location! Around the corner of Plaza Flores with some nice restaurants. Across the street is a nice local coffee bar. The river, the shopping street, the Real Casino (a must see), the cathedral, everything is closeby. There is also a nice market around the corner. The apartment is really quiet and we loved the details of the decoration! I would recommend this appartment.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für entspannte Tage braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Abschalten – allerdings ist es empfehlenswert, mit einem Mietwagen anzureisen, da man so deutlich flexibler ist. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Leider war der Pool während unseres Aufenthalts wegen Reparaturen geschlossen, was etwas schade war – aber wir wurden im Vorfeld darüber informiert, was wir sehr fair fanden. Sobald der Pool wieder nutzbar ist, ist das sicher ein noch größerer Pluspunkt! Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Je n'ai aucun reproche à faire à l'appartement de Paqui. Il était incroyablement propre, bien décoré, spacieux avec une grande terrasse très agréable. Nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour, et Paqui est restée disponible à tout moment si besoin. Merci à Paqui et à sa fille pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped for a long stay. It had two double beds and both were very comfortable. A very nice park was located across the street, which was great for relaxing and would be good for guests with children. The view of the park from the apartment was nice, and quiet. Having a full grocery store on the ground floor was very convenient. Also, it is only a 5 minute walk to the regional bus station (very convenient!) and within easy walking distance (1-2km) of the cathedral, market, restaurants, bars and other key sites. 100% recommend!

The apartment is in a great location - it's a 10-minute walk to the cathedral, and a 5-minute walk to plenty of restaurants around the neighbourhood. The apartment has everything you need, and the host is very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay here :)

È stata la nostra sosta per una notte. Casa bellissima, grande, pulita, con letti comodi e arredata con gusto. Il box privato poi è stato fondamentale. Amparo è stata disponibilissima a darci mille informazioni sia sulla casa che sulla città. La sera abbiamo fatto una passeggiata fino in centro e per il quartiere che anche in tarda serata è molto tranquillo. Consigliatissimo.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Aanrader! Hartstikke fijn verblijf gehad in Casa Coco. Met twee jonge kinderen waren we op zoek naar een huisje met tuin, een zwembad in de buurt, speelgelegenheid, ruimte om buiten te kunnen zitten (ook als de jongste overdag slaapt) en geen overvol terrein. Wat een oase van rust. Het is zo'n heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen maar waar ook voldoende afleiding is: met regelmaat een ander gezin met kinderen, maar ook met regelmaat het zwembad voor jezelf (wel wat fris). Daarnaast een ruime eigen tuin met jacuzzi (fantastisch!). Alles is aanwezig, van kinderbestek tot wc-verkleiner. Twee slaapkamers, altijd donker ivm rolluiken. Mogelijkheid tot verwarmen en verkoelen van ruimtes door meerdere systemen in het appartement. En dan het resort: je kunt er heerlijk eten (ook afhaal) en we hebben begrepen dat er in de zomerperiode nog veel meer te doen is. Een reden om terug te komen dus!

Un finde muy agreable en la casa de Andres y Nuria. Exactamente como en las fotos, muy calme. Andres y Nuria muy attentivos, y disponibles. Han anadido una cama para el bébé, hay jugares para los bébé/ninos, no falta nada ! i Muchas gracias !

Estancia cómoda en zona super tranquila por temas de trabajo. Piso agradable, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Nuestra anfitriona muy amable y disponible para cualquier consulta.

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en este Airbnb. La amabilidad de Oleg hizo toda la diferencia: siempre estuvo pendiente y atento a cualquier requerimiento o consulta, respondiendo con rapidez y disposición. La ubicación es inmejorable, con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitábamos, y la vista desde el alojamiento es simplemente espectacular. Además, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos desde el primer momento. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería sin pensarlo.

Un apartamento muy bien situado, moderno con unas estupendas vistas y sobre todo bien comunicado con el tranvía para ir al centro de Murcia. También resulta muy ventajoso que se pueda aparcar el coche prácticamente al lado del apartamento sin problema ninguno.

Jackie was a great host, great communication and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed with 2 babies. Beach 10 minute drive away or 15 minute walk to the boulevard which has a few bars. Wasn’t very busy however it may be because we attended in may so out of season but perfect for a quiet get away!

Perfecta ubicación, preciosa zona para desconectar, superó mis expectativas, Sergio un anfitrión súper amable nos indico todo super claro ademas de darnos consejos de lugares que visitar, un lugar súper fácil acceso y cómodo con su plaza de garaje...unas vistas espectaculares... cerca de todo , parada de bus cerca...cerca de restaurantes, farmacias... supermercados....y la preciosa playa justo enfrente, repetiremos seguro !!! Un placer levantarse por la mñana con esas vistas !!! 🤗

Très bon séjour chez Alexey & Natalia. L’appartement est très bien équipé et propre. La vue sur mer est fidèle aux photos, s’endormir avec le son des vagues est un réel plaisir.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

The apartment was beautiful! The Pictures don’t do it justice and it was spotless! It was super spacey and benefited from lovely outdoor space which was perfect for a morning cuppa! They had lot of extra little touches including some cosmetics for the bathroom and pool accessories.the complex its self was also beautiful and again super clear and well looked after - it also benefited from an outdoor pool bar which is perfect for drinks and food it you don’t want to cook! Excellent value for money and would highly recommend - 100 percent worth a stay!

Had a lovely stay at the apartment. The apartment has everything that you could need. The roof top area is amazing with a great view of the sea. The shared pool area was also really lovely. Our only wish was that we had more than the 3 nights booked as we didn’t want to leave.

Nowoczesny, komfortowy i bardzo wygodny apartament. Wysoki standard, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba a nawet dużo dużo więcej.... Taras na dachu z jacuzzi jest wyjątkowy i doskonale wyposażony,grill,ogromny stół,meble do wypoczynku oraz leżaki .Widok zapierający dech w piersiach.Nie było nic, co by się nie podobało. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest absolutnie wyjątkowa. Znajduje się on zaledwie 15 minut spacerem od plaży .Apartament jest idealny, Julia ,która przekazała nam klucze była bardzo uważna i miła przez cały czas.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.
