Vacation rentals with a patio in Baní

We stayed for 11 days and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

I have been to many places in Santo Domingo but this is the best place I ever been. Great location near to store and restaurant. The place is comfortable feels like home. Security is friendly. Place was clean love it. Highly recommended and I hope when I get back find that place available.

Stay was wonderful, just as listed the Host was helpful with getting into the place when we needed help. Inside was very spacious. Private gated location. Depending on your preference it is on the outer-skirts of town so be mindful of that. Otherwise nice stay!

The service I received from my host is a perfect example of excellence! The apartment is everything I expected and everything included worked as it should. This will be my home next time I visit DR!

Very good stay. Clean pool and common areas. Available host. Attentive welcome. Only downside at the moment that has nothing to do with the accommodation, there is work opposite, so there was noise during the day. But the evening was quiet, no worries. This didn't spoil my stay at all. I would highly recommend it.

José’s place was fantastic! The apartment is in a prime location, surrounded by amazing restaurants and right in the heart of everything, supermarkets, malls, nightlife, you name it. From the very beginning, José was incredibly attentive, making sure I had everything I needed before and during my stay. His communication was excellent. The apartment itself is beautiful and exactly as pictured tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this one truly stood out for its cleanliness and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

This place it’s great to chill and have a relax time, would come back for sure! Love it

Exceptional! Stayed the weekend with 4 guests in this beautiful castle. Beautiful layout. Spectacular Flooring and plenty of natural light enters through the second floor windows. Comfortable spacious rooms and bathrooms. The house has so many gems. Multiple recessed lighting themselves to choose from, wireless phone charging and speaker system built into the sofa. Powered recliners, balcony views of the ocean. Heated pool with filtering jets, massive flat screen. An absolute 5 star stay!

The house has direct access to the beach and a small pier, many beds available, well equipped, and good air conditioning system in all areas. Maria was flexible with my early arrival, and the collaborating staff was very helpful in the stay. Very good experience during my visit to Palmar de Ocoa.

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!
