Paul is a friendly host. He was there to meet us and helped us with the check-in! The place was clean and as described. There are a lot of eateries in the vicinity. The ARL station is also a few bus stops away.

Khun Patisorn’s place is in the perfect location: next to all the Sukhumvit action and on a great little community park, but tucked away in a quiet corner. The property’s old banyan tree is also a special one. All up, it was a neat, easy and comfortable stay for our family of four. And Khun Patisorn was a great host - very responsive, helpful and flexible.

Great accommodation… everything perfect and cozy, I saw some comments that the air conditioning wasn't working, but it's working perfectly. I will definitely return, everyone was very polite. If you want a quiet place close to the BTS station, go to this accommodation.

Stella’s place was absolutely amazing! The pictures didn’t do her place justice. The building was spotless, Airbnb was spotless, and the neighborhood was very walkable. Stella was so responsive from the time we booked all the way through our stay. This Airbnb was exceptionally beautiful, new, and spotless. The two-level layout made it feel spacious and luxurious, and from what I understand, it’s one of the best units in the building. I booked last minute on the 1st, and Callie and Berry made the process seamless. While check-in took some time, they kindly gave me an extra hour for checkout. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The natural breeze from the balcony was amazing—no need for AC! Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.

Can’t say enough great things about the places run by this host or about the host herself. I have been coming to her apartments for over seven years. As a business owner and as a human being she has always gone above and beyond what you would reasonably expect. These are fun, clean, and practical rooms. The ones at House 22/Charoen Krung are in a quiet alley right off the main road. Be mindful that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep when booking the room. A short walk to everything from convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the light rail station. I would and often do suggest this place to any visitor.

Very good location, for us the best in Bangkok. Close to the temples, in a very lively area but at the same time on a quiet street. The room was functional, the air conditioning essential and the staff available and attentive. We can only recommend

I have stayed in this condominium several times, and I will do it again. For me, it is perfect because it is easy to get to the BTS and move where I want. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with good and cheap food, the swimming pool is very good,small gym but enough to exercise your body during the holidays

Good area for people who want to be away from farang areas but you can get around easily due to the BTS being close. Pool is nice and in the shade, so great to cool off. The room is not modern but it's big and clean. Nice host.

Great place near the airport and good value for money. A bit out the way from MRT, but could definitely walk around and explore a bit.
