Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Bang Yai District

I absolutely loved staying here! Great location & the host was extremely helpful the entire time. Good value for money & in a really cute neighborhood. The views from the apartment were absolutely incredible. One thing I would suggest to host is to provide a broom, I felt a bit bad about the state of the floors when we left.

Very nice experience. Was welcomed by mr Charn with a cheerful smile. Really appreciated his hospitality and thoughtfulness. The place is located quite far from the center of Bangkok but will be a good choice for people who come to attend a concert or event around Impact. Around 20 minutes to walk to Impact from here (however should go with a group of 4-5 people if you come back late) and only 5 minutes by taxi or grab. Very easy to get a grab to go anywhere you want. Near 7-11 and Family Mart is another good point.

Super helpful and friendly host, with the comfiest place! Condo with swimming pool and gym. Location is very convenient to move everywhere as it is near Huai Khwang MRT (about 7 min walk), there's a 7 Eleven nearby too (about 4 min walk). Very clean and cosy place. Will definitely come back to stay!

Great location for everything such as local food, restaurants, morning and markets to walk less than 5 minutes. Recommend to use Grab and Bolt for transportation which is the best , especially really worth it for family traveling.

Host is a sweet lady and very helpful. She even drove us to the airport despite the rain and heavy traffic. Her place is incredible, spacious, clean and walking distance to BigC, Central World and Platinum. Had a great and enjoyable stay!!

The stay was fantastic, although it was in the downtown area, it was in a small alley and very quiet.The room has a large patio, and the Host planted a lot of plants.The location is also convenient, about 10 minutes walk to Siam shopping district.

Nice place. Has all the basics for a comfy stay. Wasn’t easy to locate when checking in. Close to malls, train stations, markets, etc. Chhatt was helpful and responsive when I needed him. Cons: - No sunlight - Low ceilings might be an issue for tall people (6"+) - Translucent window screens didn’t instill a sense of privacy at night. Blinds would be helpful. Good value overall. I’d stay again. For those considering this Airbnb the map shows a wrong location. Use the actual address in google maps. The place is tucked away behind the laundromat.

Overall, a wonderful stay. The guesthous was located in a great area, close to everything . the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. For the price, it was a fantastic deal and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Considering how affordable it was, the value was excellent. I’ll be recommending this to friends.

I visited Bangkok with my co-workers. I've traveled to Bangkok several times, but I was a little worried because it was my first time using Airbnb... but when I entered the accommodation, all my worries disappeared. I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

Pat's place is at one of the loveliest location of Bangkok. If you are in Bangkok looking for peace , serenity, tranquility for yourself must visit pat's place. People are so generous and considerate in whole neighbourhood.

This place was really great. Streets around are one big market, its really live there but flat was quiet. Flat was also absolutely clean and comfortable. Strongly recomend!

The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed. The space itself spacious & comfortable. The neighbourhood was peaceful and made for a pleasant stay overall. However, the bathroom was not as clean as we expected. When we arrived, there was also an unpleasant odor, possibly from the sewer, although we couldn't identify the exact source. Aside from that, everything was great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Greater attention to cleanliness would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Very good place to stay in Bangkok! Had everything we needed: air conditioning works very well; The WiFi is pretty good too - we are 2 people working remotely and both of us were able to have Zoom meetings at the same time. The place also has a pretty good view of the city being in the 9th floor:) . The best part is that the building complex has 7eleven, restaurants, cafes, mini markets etc etc all inside the complex, so right under your door! There is also a very nice pool and a fully equipped gym! It is like a mint city in itself! Walking distance to a metro station as well! We stayed 8 nights and it was great. We’d love to be back soon!

The stay was clean and there was air conditioning. the bathroom is in the room which is great. The 7 eleven was next door.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.
