I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

On this trip, 5 adults and 4 children, the landlord has love, the place is just right, the place is just cleaned up, but the toilet can be improved, the basement needs to be a little more pumped, it would be better if it could be dried and dry separated, all in all, 5 stars.

We had booked the villa for 3 nights. During the booking process the owner responded very fast and did follow up with warm hospitality. On check in day, he would obtain our vehicle number to inform gate security in advance so we don’t have any problem when getting in. The nice lady who opened door for us explained the facilities and rules to us very details. The villa is clean and prefect for families and friends group as most of the bed are double bed with own bathroom so you can have 3 families of 4 stay in the same villa without queuing for bathroom. Entertainment facilities are well organised and thoughtful, it have pool table, karaoke and BBQ facilities, not to mention the clean and beautiful pool. Check out process were very smooth too, the lady came on time and check everything and let us leave the villa gave us enough time to catch our flight. We highly recommend to book with Eddie.

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a cleaning service provided every couple of days, which kept everything in top condition. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One thing to note is that they do charge an additional fee for electricity usage average $20 a day, so be sure to factor that into your budget. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and tranquil stay.

Had an amazing stay, luxury space, very secure. Host was quick at responding and very helpful. 7/11 is a 2 minute walk down the street.

Good house to stay at with many things (pool table, karaoke) to enjoy yourself! Though the house doesn’t get much sunlight because of nearby high buildings. Close by there are two supermarkets and it’s not far away from the city center. Enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures—there were no surprises at all. The villa was spacious, with 11 bedrooms, each featuring its own private bathroom and toilet, which we especially appreciated for the comfort and convenience it provided. The yard was well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, including a KTV setup, swimming pool, BBQ stand, projector, and bikes to explore the area. It truly is the perfect place for a group of friends or a large family to enjoy quality time together. Mr Rathannan and Nate were also great!👍🏽 While the surrounding area is still under development, and there was some construction noise, it did not take away from our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa. 10/10 for sure!

lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom appartment on the ground floor with sliding doors opening onto the communal pool. brilliant pet friendly accommodation and it was a great place for our dog to acclimatise from a flight from the UK. Pascal lives close by and he was also very responsive to our emails. we would definitely recommend this appartment to anyone looking for pet friendly accommodation in Pratumnak.
