House vacation rentals in Bananeiras

The house is very well located in the Águas da Serra Condominium, very close to a small square. The kids love it. The condominium is one of the best in the area and the house was very clean and organized. Lots of kitchen utensils. However, we found only 3 sets of dishes. The house is all ground floor, easy to access. The rooms are good and the mattresses too! It does not provide pillows and I also noticed that there is only 1 fan. For those who are sensitive to heat, you need to take it to the other rooms. Otherwise, we really liked the house and recommend it! It's worth it!

The house is very charming. It accommodates guests well and is well equipped. Stand out for a living space (ground floor balcony), where we stay most of the time. It is located in front of the condominium square, where the children walked on roller skates and played. The condominium is excellent, fantastic structure. Quiet access thanks to the guidelines of Rui, which was very friendly and request. I recommend it.

The place is excellent and exceeded our expectations, all clean, modern and well cared for! Suelly was super helpful and kind. The house is wonderful, the gourmet kitchen and terrace has all the structure, air-conditioned rooms and bathrooms with electric shower. I went in a group of 4 couples and with children and we love everything!

Samuel and Lenise's house has a beautiful and well-maintained garden. It is well ventilated. The beds are comfortable, varieties of environments with tables. The living room is tastefully decorated. In the kitchen you can find practically everything you need. The street is quiet, there is a small square near the house that is good for children to play. As for the condominium, it's sensational! It has several trails, a golf course, a soccer field, a small farm, etc. The best of Bananeiras. About the hosts: they are highly helpful. They will do everything to quickly resolve any issues that may arise. They respond to messages quickly too. We'll be back soon!

Very nice chalet, well equipped, very attentive housekeeper, the owner Lazarus is very requested. We had a great experience onsite. For those in cars, the distances are short and without problems to get to the center of Bananeiras. I would highly recommend it.

Great house! We were in 5 couples, each couple well accommodated in their suite. The house is very beautiful, cozy, spacious, illuminated and as it is well integrated, they were all kind of together but well reserved. It has a supermarket close to the condominium.

The stay was wonderful, the house was impeccable, it has everything you can imagine and a little more in utensils. Everything was very clean and organized. And the housekeeper we hired, named Juliana too, was wonderful. Keeping everything clean and organized, always asking if we needed anything and the kitchen wonderfully well.

My stay was amazing! Host Yan was extremely attentive and helpful from the start. The space was exactly as described in the listing: clean, organized and very cozy. The location and condominium is excellent. I recommend this accommodation with my eyes closed and I will definitely return at the next opportunity.

Before praising the place, I would like to draw the attention of those who will book to the cancellation policy. I tried to cancel the reservation 4 (four) months in advance, as some family members confirmed their presence after the reservation and the house only accepts 12 people. I live in another state and it was the occasion when we would meet after a long time, but the cancellation policy chosen by the host is very strict, 50% of the amount I paid would be withheld even if I canceled with so much advance notice (4 months) and it being a very busy time such as New Year's Eve. Luckily we managed to readjust, but it made me very upset at first, as it seemed disproportionate and unreasonable, so be very sure when booking. Other than that, the house is wonderful, the check-in method is great, the host answered me on WhatsApp every time I spoke and the city of banana trees is cute.

Divanei and Henio's space is so much more than they show the photos and what they describe! It is a simply welcoming place, with a wealth of details that the space here does not allow to describe, but we feel at home and sure to return to Bananeiras, it will certainly be our lodging again! They are of spectacular attention, with greeting cards and welcome sweets and everything!!! The city view is another spectacle and we make it totally disconnect from everyday life! The house is better than in the photos, very spacious and with all the kitchen utensils to stay for a long time. What was missed: the service area is under construction, there is no way to use, as well as the barbecue. We also ran out of television, which was without a signal and did not pick up the wifi. Hilton attempted to contact a technician, but this one did not appear. Cleaning of toilets and furniture can improve. The condominium is amazing. Safe and nice. The city is charming. I recommend the space, it was worth the accommodation, all of us (we were in 8 people) approved.
