The stay was very enjoyable. Anna Regina was always very kind and attentive to whatever was needed. The condominium is well organized and is further away from the city center. I felt the lack of a handrail at the main access to the cottage - which makes it a little difficult for the elderly. It was a great experience that is well worth it! The place is excellent and exceeded our expectations, all clean, modern and well cared for! Suelly was super helpful and kind. The house is wonderful, the gourmet kitchen and terrace has all the structure, air-conditioned rooms and bathrooms with electric shower. I went in a group of 4 couples and with children and we love everything!

The house is even better than it appears in the photos, very well equipped with everything you need and a little more. Everything is very clean, organized, great location... we are used to traveling as a family and this was certainly the place that best served us.

We travel with family and love the place and the house, the location within the condominium is great close to the playground and the leisure area, clean house with items necessary for cooking on site, perfectly matches the photos presented, the view of the house is simply beautiful, the host very helpful and always the disposition in whatever it was necessary, I would definitely rent the space again.

Samuel and Lenise's house has a beautiful and well-maintained garden. It is well ventilated. The beds are comfortable, varieties of environments with tables. The living room is tastefully decorated. In the kitchen you can find practically everything you need. The street is quiet, there is a small square near the house that is good for children to play. As for the condominium, it's sensational! It has several trails, a golf course, a soccer field, a small farm, etc. The best of Bananeiras. About the hosts: they are highly helpful. They will do everything to quickly resolve any issues that may arise. They respond to messages quickly too. We'll be back soon!

The contact with the hosts was very good, they responded within a proper time, the house exceeded expectations, had everything we needed and the stay was very good.

The stay was wonderful, the house was impeccable, it has everything you can imagine and a little more in utensils. Everything was very clean and organized. And the housekeeper we hired, named Juliana too, was wonderful. Keeping everything clean and organized, always asking if we needed anything and the kitchen wonderfully well.

The house is beautiful; with all the utensils needed for a quiet stay. The very considerate host left us a basket of cookies from the region. Even listing with phones from restaurants and pharmacies etc; Very delicate! The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything fully functioning. We will come back other times !!! My stay was amazing! Host Yan was extremely attentive and helpful from the start. The space was exactly as described in the listing: clean, organized and very cozy. The location and condominium is excellent. I recommend this accommodation with my eyes closed and I will definitely return at the next opportunity.

The days at Claudia's place were great. The house is exactly as advertised and is very worth staying at. We went on New Year's Eve and really enjoyed the condominium, which is the best in the region and has several leisure options. If you're looking for a more comfortable and “refined” property, there are other more expensive options. Finally, I would like to thank Claudia for her attention. From the beginning to the end of the reservation, she was extremely attentive, helpful, quick and friendly.

The house is very well located in the Águas da Serra Condominium, very close to a small square. The kids love it. The condominium is one of the best in the area and the house was very clean and organized. Lots of kitchen utensils. However, we found only 3 sets of dishes. The house is all ground floor, easy to access. The rooms are good and the mattresses too! It does not provide pillows and I also noticed that there is only 1 fan. For those who are sensitive to heat, you need to take it to the other rooms. Otherwise, we really liked the house and recommend it! It's worth it!

Great house! We were in 5 couples, each couple well accommodated in their suite. The house is very beautiful, cozy, spacious, illuminated and as it is well integrated, they were all kind of together but well reserved. It has a supermarket close to the condominium.

The house is very spacious and cozy, ideal for those who need to rest and enjoy the nature and the landscape. It is close to the cachaça Rainha mill and the path of the roncador mountain range! It is cottage, but it is not so far from the center. Good access for any type of car. Safe house, with cameras and gates! Homemade always present to give information. There is a restaurant nearby, the food is very good. We plan to return! We very much like to have all the utensils in the kitchen and appliances!
