Very nice flat. Well equipped. Peaceful house. I can recommend to stay here. Clean and carefree living. That said, a flat like this should cost $65, not $100, so price wise you will be better off elsewhere. The only minus was that the balcony had a net, which spoils the view. The view is very nice, but it is like watching from inside a cage. Please fix so that the net can be withdrawn if wanted, like a curtain, it is an easy fix.

Good place near the northeastern University in Khon Kaen. everything is near like 7-eleven, dentist, lotus, pharmacy and other shops and restaurants. The lake is 8 minutes on foot. Hostess is very responsive and speaks good English

This spot is super well situated and the room was nice et clean! The only thing is when you click the adress on the air bnb map, it does not go the right location on google map. The right spot is shown on the air bnb map and that's how I found the right location. I think the address should be: 223/3 ถนน Soi Rob Muang 15, Tambon Nai Mueang, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand Also for check in you need to talk to a super nice man that gives you the key, you can only reach out to him by a Thai phone number, which is not great for travelers from outside the country. Also I think he said that the checkin booth is only open until 10h PM, so I'm not sure what you should do if you arrive later than that. Overall I would recommend this place, it's great for the price and got room service
