Houseboat vacation rentals in Baltic Sea

We had a wonderful 5 days on Carl's cozy houseboat. Was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was even though it is close to highway junction. We could easily sleep with open windows. We could put our kayaks in with caution as Carl has made steps down to the water (we actually only found 1 other place in Gothenburg where we could walk in with the kayaks. We enjoyed the boat both inside and out, very inspiring stays.

A fantastic place to stay on the water. We felt very comfortable right away. Unfortunately, the time was way too fast. A coming back is guaranteed and we look forward to next time. There is an absolute recommendation from us.

We stayed for one night at Oskars houseboat and enjoyed every single minute! The boat is great for two people and very comfortable, even in winter. The boat was heated, even in the bathroom, warm water, etc. The sleep sofa was comfy as well having in mind that my husband and me are both pretty tall. Very pretty view during the day and night! Totally recommend!

We were on the houseboat with three adults and 2 children for four days. We really liked it and we enjoyed every minute on the houseboat. Breakfast on the roof terrace, dinner on the balcony, what more could you want. It was super quiet and you could relax perfectly in the short time. Thank you for the nice communication in between. The Antje Frieda was a great home for us during the Easter holidays - sparkling clean, check-in by the commissioned company friendly and on point, everything just wonderful. Communication with Oliver was great - responses within minutes and very helpful. Unrestricted recommendation!

We had a great stay at Toke and Barbara’s place. The boathouse is so comfortable and unique. We had everything we could need and more during our 3 day visit. Highly recommend

Wonderful place to take a little break! The boat bosses is very cozy and quite spacious for a boat. We were particularly enthusiastic about the roof terrace, which we used extensively despite cooler temperatures (thanks to the beach chair). If you don't have a car, it's a bit tedious to get to some places on the island. However, there is the possibility to borrow bikes in Burg (about 30 min walk), with which you can easily reach all places.

It was a super nice and relaxing time on the houseboat. My kids felt very comfortable and were able to start the Sup from the Bott every day relaxed. The decor is beautiful and there was nothing missing. Thank you for the wonderful break!

The houseboat is a great place to stay and communication was also very good and very friendly. Although the houseboat occasionally fluctuates neatly, seasickness was not an issue. The view of the lake, the furnishings, the sauna - all really great and an absolute recommendation!

we had an incredibly nice vacation on the Souly. Exclusive boathouse, everything new, super clean and well planned from the smallest detail. It offers more space than to guess in the pictures. The large deck terrace invites you to spend great time there at any time of the day. Especially in the evening, you can easily sunsets with a great harbor and sailing backdrop. the hosts are very personable, well organized and always courteous. We will be happy to come back next year, but then we will be happy to come back longer than a week. We sincerely love for the great holiday at your place.

A charming lake with a beautiful coastline. The boathouse was fresh and clean. Very well equipped and comfy for 2-4 people. Kayaks and a SUP available as well. Easy to maneuver. Wish the host provided more local information regarding good places to anchor. Highly recommend!

Dear Sonja, dear Nils, it was just wonderful, very relaxed and a super nice place to feel really comfortable on his vacation. My dad (84) and aunt (88) were overwhelmed by the houseboat and beautiful location. It's one for me: " Place to be" which I love to come back - just beautiful - starting from the location to the lovingly very tastefully coordinated furnishings and layout of the houseboat. The communication with Sonja was great and also the check-in, fast and very good and I also met the brother there. We had experienced a beautiful adventurous stay on Eric's houseboat. Eric helped us with all the questions and was very patient and helpful. The tour on the houseboat was definitely an experience and will be remembered by us. We would love to book with him again. The boat itself contains all the essential amenities and is not too small even with a family of 5. We had a lot of fun and were able to recover well from everyday stress. Thank you for this! Regards

The houseboat was a dream to be! Already in advance, Kenan as a host was very eager and provided me with a lot of information about the accommodation in time. Also, the communication was very friendly and fast at all times. The well-being of the guests is very important to him and you can tell. The place itself was exactly as seen in the photos and decorated very well maintained. In high season, of course, there may be other houseboats on the dock next to the boat in the harbor. But that didn't bother me at all and the view by no means diminished! Especially the all-round view from the roof terrace impressed me. Parking spaces nearby are sufficient and inexpensive - a big plus! Overall a wonderful place to relax and perfect starting point for many recreational opportunities, such as swimming, cycling, paddling… 😊

We LOVED staying on the boat! I can’t recommend this experience enough. A must do for your Scandinavian experience! I guess you would call it more of a floating hotel room but it was so much more. It was the size of a one bedroom flat with plenty of space and headroom. It was just our little family of three but you could easily get a family of four on there. Located right next to the Opera house in the Gothenburg Little Harbor. It was the perfect location with a bus stop just steps away and less than a 10 minute walk to train station and local points of interest. It’s obviously been used and rented out quite a bit so there is some natural wear and tear on place but plenty of clean linens and access to a washer and dryer close by. Emmelie was accommodating and responsive. An absolute pleasure for our two night stay!

Stylish, relaxing home with easy access to local amenities and transport links. Waterfront views and access to water from the private jetty for a swim a real treat.

Very special place if you want to explore an exciting alternative to just a plain, simple flat!

We had a lovely weekend at their absolutely amazing beach house. It was wonderfully quiet and we enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and view. Everything was clean and tidy and really cozy with incredibly good taste. It was a really wonderful experience to stay on the water and hear the waves, as well as being able to enjoy the Sound. Would definitely recommend this lovely place and we will definitely be back.

Super houseboat that we have enjoyed. Unfortunately, it was too windy to use the attached motorboat. The houseboat and the place are really recommended.
