Very regular to Timurbay for family holiday. But this property deserved our best attention so far. The owner is friendly, the unit is very clean, kitchen complete with equipments to cook, hot & cold water, microvave oven, clean utensils, dining table etc. Living room comes with TV & Netflix plus conformtable sofas. The shower are good and the bed are nice too. It was overall a great place to stay in. Congrate to the owner, Ms Nor Sarah. We definitely will come back here again! Thank you.

Very nice apartment. Matches the photos and description. Check-in is easy and the apartment is very clean. The mattress for the fourth person is sufficient. Stunning views over Kuantan and impeccable building. As a bonus, you can have breakfast at the buffet of the hotel next door which is very varied and excellent. I would highly recommend the apartment.

Have a wonderful stay on the airbnb～thou just one day but tats enough for us, clear instruction given to do self check-in~ There's a stain on the bed sheet, but it doesn't impact much～there's seashore just beside the hotel it's accessible. I like the furniture, it's comfy. Overall is good experiences over here, Will definitely come back again.

Staying here as a group of six for one night. 2 parking slots provided. Clear instructions for check in, guided by host via message and the management team of the building on the spot. Host was very responsive to queries. Unit was well equipped with basic amenities (extension cord available in both bedrooms). Decent WiFi speed, well functioned TV. The picture doesn't show but not only the living room, one of the rooms has access to sea view through windows which you'll be able to watch sunrise ☺️ Overall, satisfied with our short stay in this unit!

We had a wonderful stay at Jones’ Airbnb! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with the added bonus of a beautiful seaview that we enjoyed every morning. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing family trip. Jones was an excellent host; very responsive and always quick to assist whenever we had a question. The check-in process was smooth and everything was well-prepared for our arrival. The apartment was quiet, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place with a view. Would gladly stay again.
