The apartment has easy access to many beautiful beaches (Tramore, Dunmore East & Bunmahon to name but a few), all of which are a 20-30 minute drive. Our 1st floor apartment is 25-35 minute walk to the centre of Waterford city. Alternatively, there is a bus stop directly adjacent to the apartment complex where buses run into town every 20 minutes. While a very quiet complex, the apartment is within a 1 min walk to Tesco, takeaways (x 3), off-licence, grocery shops, local bar and restaurant.

Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). Stunning new 3 Bed semi-detached home. This fabulous house comes with a spacious modern designed interior. The space cleverly layed out to be very useful with an air to water heating system make this home very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, with top brand appliances. The utility room is also very spacious. Living room has a large smart TV with a stunning fire. Beautiful soft furnishings wth the main bedroom un-suite with kingsize bed. We are 35 minutes from Kilkenny's Medieval City, 1 hour from Rosslare Harbour, 1.5 hours from from Cork, 1.5 hours from Dublin. Waterford Greenway (46km cycle/ walk, can be done in whole or part) is a 10 min drive The beautiful Copper Coast with its beaches and coves are 30-35 mins drive. Our local country Pub is a 10 min walk and nearest village is a 10 min drive for any essentials.

A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. Suitable for two adults and a dog. There is a fee for the dog. Easy access to beaches, walks and Waterford city provided you have a car. Public transport is not easily accessible to or from our cottage. Taxis are fine. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, shower room, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own small private garden.
