Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ballum

We felt very comfortable and had a very nice few days in Sandy's house. The children loved the playground and the football field right outside the door. In particular, families I can recommend the house. We will be happy to come back.

This was the sweetest and most charming Airbnb hostel we've ever had. There was so much personality, so much spirit from Kitty and Erik in every room, every object, that we liked very much. Obviously flea market goers with an eye for something special - just like us! Everything very clean, with even everything on site to make a hearty first breakfast and more. The staircase up is very steep, but well secured, and even our 70-year-old joints quickly got the hang of it. We enjoyed these days very much and it was like coming home every time. We had an amazing easter vacation at this incredible place! Herman was friendly, always courteous and super helpful with our questions and requests. He even made sure the beer pump that wasn’t working was replaced (at 10pm!) thank you a lot again, you saved our evening. ☺️ All in all a beautiful trip we’d love to repeat and our group of four approves. Had a wonderful holiday on the island thanks to this cottage. Clean, cozy and equipped with every comfort, an ideal base for a week's vacation on Schiermonnikoog!

This bungalow is in a beautiful environment. It is tastefully decorated and the appliances, cutlery and utensils are excellent! Communication with Jurgen was very smooth too. Great place to stay for visiting Keukenhof and Amsterdam as well as the northern beaches. The kids loved the garden!

Very pleasant stay at Bianca's, a house quite suitable for children who had a great time, and so did the parents! Large spaces, close to very nice sites. Thank you so much!

Rented Edwin's place in April for a few days. Edwin was always available and ever so helpful. Next to that, the house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Great host, beautiful place!

A spacious, slightly older apartment, but which leaves nothing to be missed and was very clean. Although it is in the middle of the city, it was very quiet. Shops, restaurants and the ferry port to Texel are within walking distance. Also free parking for the car was always easy to find nearby.

Nice apartment some agreement with the photos. It is close to the beach (cross the street and you can reach beach tent de Stern) and also close to the village. It is also nice that the apartment contains some basic items such as, hand soap/dish soap and, for example, 2 fine beach chairs. In short, pleasant!

for people who want to break from the everyday it is perfect!! We two families of 7,we decided to spend Christmas at Greta. A wise decision!! Everything is superlative,and all three bedrooms each with private bathroom is the highlight!! Thank you Greta and will definitely see you again.

We had a good time in the apartment: communication went very smoothly and we could enter the apartment with a key box. The apartment was very clean, there was a bag of chocolates for us, tasty! It was also very quiet there. The Koog is easily reached within walking distance. We took a very nice walk through the nature reserve to the beach to eat something in the beach pavilion pole 18. It was very quiet in the apartment, and we slept well in the good beds. In the morning we could enjoy a radiant sun on the terrace! We will definitely come back!

Maaike and Jeroen were lovely hosts, making us feel welcome in their historic monument home. With 40 chickens, two rabbits, one cat, and one dog, we felt like we were one with nature. We had a safe place in the barn for our bicycles, and there was everything we could ask for to cook nice meals. Fresh flowers on the table and treats in the cupboards, we felt really spoiled. The bed was the biggest we‘ve seen in a long time, and it was extremely comfortable. There were giant tulip fields to the left and right of the house. The sunsets were glorious and make for taking endless photographs.

Wonderful midweek near the Noorderplantsoen. Fantastically fully furnished house, with all the comforts, including work tables in the 2 bedrooms. Boes and Annemarie have really thought of everything, there are convenient brackets, storage space, hangers, etc. Well-equipped kitchen, which we have made little use of, honestly, because there are so many good places to eat in Groningen. Among other things, a great Ukrainian restaurants a few doors away. We'd love to come back!

Great apartment in a vacation complex. Only the dunes separate the apartment from the great and wide sandy beach of Julianadorp.

It was beyond expectations, feltl like home. Kitchen utilities were plenty. Surroundings were beautiful, peaceful and private.

APARTMENT: Fantastically beautiful view directly on Lake Jissel. Waking up in bed has never been more beautiful. Very quiet location, super nice hosts. Despite the advertised "dog apartment" very clean. AREA: A supermarket can be reached in 5-7 minutes on foot daily. A café is almost right outside the front door.

Nice location close to the beach. amenities all close by. the complex is very focused on Germans but that's fine many amenities in house for cooking, coffee and cleaning products. Contact with host was also very good and nice

Wonderful stay here for a few days, beautiful location, nice place to rest between the visits to the city. Karin was very friendly, gave clear instructions and responded immediately to messages. Definitely recommended!

We stayed at Lily‘s apartment over the weekend and we felt right at home. My first thought was: so beautiful! Damn, we’re only staying for 2 nights 😂 The ocean was so close 🌊 we could even see it from the couch, which was very cozy, and the apartment looked like in the photos. I’m definitely coming back! ♥️

Everything is great. Marcel and his wife help with everything, are very friendly and relaxed. We rented Marcel's electric boat and took a tour of the canals and lake. It was wonderful. Marcel briefed us well. Thanks!

We loved the fact that there were bikes at our disposal, and also a canoe. Helen brought us a coffee upon our arrival. It was nice to be in an area away from all the tourists.
