Welcome to our newly renovated house, a few minutes' walk from the forest. We live on a quiet street. 170 m2 house. 20 km to Copenhagen. In the house lives a peaceful cat, who needs to be fed during the stay. In the garden, there is a small enclosure with 4 chickens, but care of these is not necessarily included in the lease. Towels, linens, basic kitchen items, soap and toilet paper are included in the lease. Cleaning is included in the price of the lease. You have the whole house and garden to yourselves during your stay. Bicycles can be arranged.

A spacious living area is filled with natural light from a skylight above. Indoor plants are placed around the room, enhancing the inviting atmosphere. A large dining table is set with a bowl of fresh fruit, while comfortable seating areas are arranged for relaxation.

The house has 3 bedrooms and a large kitchen/living area. There is ample opportunity to play in the garden and be in the elevated shelter with beautiful views. There are two toilets and a bath with two showers. The house is only 7 minutes away from a station where the train goes directly to the center of Copenhagen. The train runs every 10 minutes. Hareskoven is only a 7 minute walk away, where there are nice bonfires, playgrounds, MTB routes and good walking/running routes. In the forest is a bike rental shop.

We also have 2 rabbits in the garden - care is not needed, but can be arranged. Easy transport to Copenhagen - 25 min by car and 25 min by S-train. Station is about a mile from the house. Lovely area with nature and several playgrounds😊

It’s easy to get to Copenhagen with car, bus or train; the bus stop is a 5 min walk from the house. Grocery shopping (Netto) is 15 min walk/5 min by car. The home offers two queen size beds and a bunk bed suited for a child. Access to a bike can be arranged upon request.
