Vacation rentals with a patio in Ballenstedt

My husband, me and our 2 little dogs had a great stay at the place. On foot or by car, the property is centrally located. The key handover was easy and the apartment has everything you need. The apartment was very clean, which was really important to us and it was lovingly furnished. We felt right at home. Thank you again that we could check in a few hours earlier. 🌸☀️🌸☀️🌸☀️🌸☀️🌸We will be happy to come back.

Perfectly happy in a super nice apartment in the middle of the Harz.

We were there with two families and a total of three children. The apartment is super modern and very comfortably furnished. The amenities are perfect and can't be improved anymore. Built-in coffee machine with everything you need is included and I have not yet experienced the quality better with such a machine. Pots, pans, paper towels, olive oil, Sonos box - everything is thought of here. The highlight for the big ones was of course the sauna on the terrace, which ran every night with us and the kids loved the building blocks. We will be happy to come back if we come back to the Harz.

We felt very comfortable in the beautifully furnished apartment. We lacked nothing. The absolute highlight for us was of course the private sauna.

Apartment is good, we had some issue with check in but owner reacted fast end quickly fixed it so we were happy about his good communication.

Everything ok, best value for money, the apartment very good and functionally furnished, we will come back very much !!

Stayed here with my group of friends and we all absolutely loved this place. Great location, good parking. Place was really clean and great interior. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, would definitely stay again. No complaints

We booked very spontaneously & yet everything worked smoothly. The communication was through Michelle which was super friendly and accommodating. There was a larger group in the house where we also booked our room. Due to the increased volume, we were alternatively offered a room in the cottage next door. Later, we even got a bottle of sparkling wine from her. So really very thoughtful! The actual booked room and also the cottage were very modern & nicely furnished, you felt right at home. We would come back ☺️

Beautiful, quiet apartment. We also felt very comfortable with three adults. It's all in one room, so you should get along well and not have a problem with refrigerator noises. There were a pleasant number of empty cupboards and drawers for our private things. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans and utensils. It wasn't so scarce that we had to use the dishwasher every day. Unfortunately, our weather did not allow it, but there were also chairs and a table on the terrace. You can certainly also have a very relaxed breakfast. Several supermarkets are within walking distance. Likewise, the Teufelsmauer at the Großvaterfelsen. By car, however, many other excursion destinations can be reached in a few minutes. The accommodation and location are definitely great! Enjoy your trip! A small recommendation would be slippers or thick socks, as the floor is a little cooler. But that's definitely really good in the summer.

There were four of us and we had a really wonderful and memorable stay. All communication with Elisabeth was very warm and open questions were answered directly. Everything you need is available in the house and it is really very clean, so you feel very comfortable right away. The location is amazing, right on the vineyard, with a great view right on the lake. It is very private and you can spend a quiet time. On the recommendation of Elisabeth, we had dinner twice in the neighboring village and also got something delicious at the butcher's shop in the village. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation and Elisabeth as a host and would come back anytime for a long weekend.

10/10 would stat here again.

The place was equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The fireplace gave us wonderful warm hours in the evening. Many activities could be reached from the accommodation. Very friendly and always accessible hostess. Our little four-legged friend also felt comfortable. We will be happy to come back !!!!!

Nice place and Till was very friendly, helpful, and communicative. Clean and kitchen is stocked with everything 1-2 people need in terms of cookware, cutlery, etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing location within short driving distance of many good hiking paths in the Harz. Accommodation was clean and pictures. Check in was very easy. Willi is very quick to respond to messages. The tranquility in the place is a dream, we and our pup felt very comfortable. There are plenty of hiking trails and attractions nearby. There are all the stars from us and we will definitely be back.

Very large apartment, huge garden for shared use, BBQ available, very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. You found everything you needed. The neighbor is also very nice, who looks after things in Marko's absence. Top. Price-performance fits!

We had a very nice stay in Goslar and felt at home in the great vacation home of the Grundke family! We were very pleased with the small attentions for people and animals at check-in and it was noticeable in every room that someone had given a lot of thought to the furnishings in terms of practicality and style. We were happy during our stay and could not have imagined a nicer vacation home for us and our two dogs.

Great stay had. House clean and very complete. Striking were the modern look and feel as well as the good quality beds.

We felt very comfortable and well cared for. Ulrike got back to us quickly with questions and the apartment was clean. Restaurants and, for example, the Samson pit were within walking distance and there was a folder with tips and suggestions for activities. The guest cards were also taken care of. Clear recommendation!

We spent a long weekend of four in the Harz Mountains. Apart from the fact that the linens and towels were not included in the price, and we had to bring everything with us, we had a very nice time. The apartment was very nice, large, everything new and high quality, fully equipped, with everything you needed. The owners were very friendly and always available. Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation.

We had a lovely family weekend in this apartment where nothing was missing. Great amenities, spacious with 6 people and cozy. Everything within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back again the next time we visit Goslar.

We spent a weekend at this place and were very satisfied. Sascha is a very friendly host who values the satisfaction of his guests. The place was as described in a quiet area and you were right in a beautiful forest with great hiking. We were here with our dogs, for whom this environment was an absolute dream - for us of course too. The apartment was lovingly prepared and clean, which is always very important to us. We definitely recommend this place for people who love nature and want a cute place to stay. We definitely want to come back! :)
