Unique opportunity to live directly on the pier and just 3 meters from the waterfront in the iconic Bjarke Ingels building on newly built Aarhus Ø. Wifi and private parking space included. In good weather, the harbor promenade is just outside well visited. Cozy and well utilized bathhouse with sleeping home. Fantastic, south facing, 180 degree panoramic views to water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its very best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Holiday house close to beach, marina and nature

The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. Bed linen, one towel, and one bath towel per person are included. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, it starts right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. We have a specialty shop HARVEST that also has wine & coffee shop. The gallery is with the works of Pernille.

Samsø Guesthouse with wide sea view

Enjoy your holiday in this unique and quietly located cottage high in Mårup hills. There are sea views from all sides. You will be staying in the middle of nature with direct views of the Bus Valley, which is formed during the last ice age. With fields, horses, and cows as the nearest neighbor. The only road up here is the 1.3 km gravel road that goes through the courtyard of our neighbor and on up to our summerhouse and the neighbors in the two summer houses at the end of the road. Shopping and the beach at Mårup harbor is 2.5 km away.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the water's edge with lovely panoramic views of the Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern fixtures. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: Playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking not allowed. Nice & cozy designer flat with balcony 5 min from the railway st. The flat is a newly renovated 2 room apartment (bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, bath 58 m2). It is ultra centrally located (still quiet) & in a very nice and safe neighborhood (Frederiksbjerg)with a lot of cafés, specialty stores & flea-/green markets & parks. - Free bikes (2) to borrow, just let me know before you arrive - Double bed for 2 (160 cm), if more than 2 visitors it will be at a good air mattress in the living room.

In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.
