Outside the city's hustle and bustle, in the middle of a beautiful landscape in Razkrižje, there is a modern EARTH- / HOBIT HOUSE, that impresses every guest. It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

The Rancho Relaxo

Cozy and comfy, this sunny A-Frame house, gives everybody one getaway from the urban everyday life to the beautiful countryside of Epirus. It is inside a private farm "Zaravelia" between the traditional villages of Zitsa & Protopappa. Ideal for natural lovers, families and people with pets who are looking for peace, calm and space. It is only 25min away from the city of Ioannina and very close to the famous mountain villages of Zarori, Vikos, Aristi, Papigo, Metsovo etc.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

The Fairy tale in Orange Garden (jacuzzi inside)

Unique bungalow in an calm soothing ORGANIC orange and lemon garden. In the afternoon, walks in the fresh air by the sea in Akyaka 10 min by car from the house, a walk in the pine forest just behind, horseback riding in the stable. In the evening you can watch your favorite Netflix series and relax in heated jacuzzi. Grossery and alcohol shop 10 min by walk.
