Vacation rentals with beach access in Balkans

Apostolos saved our holiday basically! We were staying in an extremely noisy hotel in the harbour. I found this apartment in the middle of the night and asked if we could day. Apostolos responded early the next day and let us check in early. The flat was such a haven- very clean in a residential area but only ten minutes from the old town and less to the beach. We loved being out of the hustle and bustle and slept so well on the very comfortable bed. Great shower (Apostolos checked we had enough hot water during the week), maid clean once in the week too. It gave us much more space than the apartments in the harbour. We loved it. Also Apostolos let us check out at 3pm on the last day because we had a late flight. We felt really looked after and would return to this home from home in a heartbeat. Thank you so much.

Xhulia was an excellent host! She helped us throughout our stay and was very responsive at all times. The flat was clean and matched the photos. The walk to the beach was short and there were many grocery stores and restaurants right around the corner. 😊

Top location, wonderful view from the balcony, great restaurants nearby, fruit and vegetable vendors every morning in front of the house, beach in 50m away. Several supermarkets near. Really great, we had a wonderful holiday :-)

First time visiting Albania and the apartment was everything we needed and more, a great location right on the beach, on the 5th floor so guaranteed wonderful sea views too, fab communication from host and Spiranca restaurant next door serves up lovely seafood dishes, we hired a car for 5 days to explore other places, Kruje, Berat, Himare, cape of rodon, Golem, really enjoyed, the people of Albania were very friendly, helpful and courteous, we had a great time, thank you Grei.

I highly recommend the place! Very modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. A crib was brought on request. Viktor was very kind and helpful, he always responded immediately and helped. Beautiful location overlooking the pool and the sea. Nearby is a supermarket and a small beach. Completely satisfied with everything. Glad to come back!

We had a wonderful two week stay. The place is well equipped and clean. We were always helped right away if there was anything needed. The small (almost) private beach is wonderful. There is parking in front of the house and it is not far by car to the nearest supermarket or to the town of Korcula.

Irena's place is wonderful! Right by the water - great for swimming. It is a short walk to Old Town and in a nice private location. The house has all that you need, is neat and clean and in good order. The price is a little higher than some but it is a beautiful place with outdoor chairs for enjoying the view. We really enjoyed our stay. Irena is quick to answer questions and was very helpful.

Meri was amazing! She tracked our flight and was there to greet us with a friendly face when we arrived. Meri went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with her accommodations. Meri offered great recommendations and was a genuinely lovely host.

The home was just as pictured. The views are enchanting. The hosts had lots of helpful tips for the area and good recommendations for restaurants! We will be happy to come back!

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

A wonderful host in a stunning place...

By far, this is my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Comfortable and beautiful home right by the ocean and wonderful restaurants! Efi is so kind and welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

As described, the house is less than 50 meters away from the deserted and very nice pebble beach. The water was still incredibly warm and crystal clear in September. Every morning was wonderful swimming and then a relaxed breakfast on the terrace with great views directly to the sea ! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets seen ! I would always recommend the accommodation even if the house and furnishings are now a bit outdated. There's a minimal minus point here. From the relatively busy main road where the house is immediately adjacent, you get almost nothing on the terrace . Really a very nice place and the location with the direct access to the sea and beautiful terrace I would like to highlight again. The always quick and quick help from landlady Karolina was also great👍🏻 😇! If I will travel to Rhodes again I would definitely choose this house again. Thank you Karolina 🤗

Beautiful place and a perfect house for a family with a small child. Clean, big and equipped with everything you need. The yard of the house that takes you directly to the wild beach and the entrance to the sea water is very smooth. The host was friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for the hospitality and warmth you had with us.

Perfect little apartment/ bed sit directly over a little dirt track to the beach. Not a private terrace, but that really doesn’t matter as very few cars. We sat outside with a drink or play cards most evening after a day walking and sightseeing. There are sun beds to use at the property which we would take over to the beach. The sunsets were amazing. There is a restaurant next door, which was ok to eat at(it didn’t cause noise) . Lots of lovely restaurants around the next bay, 10 minutes walk. The bed was very comfortable, this was important to me🤗 . The hosts were very kind and helpful, checking via messages that everything was ok. We plan to go again and would recommend the area, hosts and their accommodation.

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.

This is the second time we have stayed in this air b and b and if you’re visiting Athens or Nea Makri and the surrounding areas it’s absolutely perfect! Lovely sea views and everything you need is right on your doorstep. Communication with Orges is fantastic and he’s always accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and again!!

I traveled to Crete alone and was looking for a place where I am both central and close to the beach and have a way to find peace. The property offers around package. The apartment is characterized above all by the well-equipped kitchen and the two balconies, which offer both space in the sun and food. As a host, Georges is very kind and helpful and is available for any kind of questions. He gave me helpful tips for the region and got in touch for car sharing. A car should definitely be rented here, as the island is very spacious and you can only explore part of it by bus. The connection to Heraklion is very good. Overall, I had a wonderful week and a great stay in Costal Key! The only drawback due to the season: the beach bars and taverns are not yet open at this time and I had a construction site outside the door for the first days.
