Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury das. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Welcome to this peaceful and idyllic little cottage that offers everything from lovely swimming in the hilltop to idyllic forest walks in the bleking forests. Our cabin is for those who want to enjoy quiet days in the forest with their own swimming jetty, sauna and excursions. During the right season, there is also a good chance to find mushrooms in the forest and in winter you can relax in front of the tiled stove and maybe even skate on the ice. Bo naturskönt, avskilt på landet. Fridfullt boende där du bor med hagmark och skog runtom. Tingsryd ligger knappt 3 mil från boendet, liksom Karlshamn. Belganet ligger några minuters bilfärd liksom badplatsen Galtsjön. Endast 2 timmar från Öresundsbron. Ovanvåningen har dubbelsäng i ett av rummen, och en barnsäng. Tre enkelsängar i det andra rummet. Stugan har nyrenoverat kök och badrum. Vedspis med fri tillgång till ved. Sängkläder och handdukar tar gäst med sig. Städning står gäst för.
