It is a modern designed and stylish apartment where the building and all the items are brand new. The apartment is at the first entrance and everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel private ,peaceful and positive.

First of all, the house really felt like home. The location was close to everything and easy to get to. Although I was the only one, every area of the house was useful. Everything was exactly the same as the pictures. I was really satisfied with this place from Izmir, where I went for a visit to work and friends. In addition, since I work on remote, I would like to thank Mr. Deniz for providing accurate information about the internet use and work area I specifically mentioned. Thank you so much Ms. Şebnem, who also helped me with the entrance to the house. You can choose with peace of mind and confidence.

We had a great stay at Ege’s place. Walkable to lots of food and activities plus the Izban and tram. There is some street noise at night as the place is on a busy pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants.

Can bey was a very friendly, attentive host who went out of his may to make sure our stay was comfortable and trouble free. The apartment was easy to locate and easy to enter. The location of the house is very calm and quiet; it is suitable for those who want to get away from the crowd of the city center and relax. It may be necessary to use public transport to reach lively places. Its location is close to all kinds of public transportation. You only need to climb a hill to get home after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was attentive to house cleaning in a way that left no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was very tastefully furnished and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. Mrs. Cansu personally greeted us, gave detailed information about the environment and even supported our special needs. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you :) <3

Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

Rooster building is located in a 5 star area. Walking distance to Konak Dr Mustafa restaurant promenade. Jordon promenade. Lots to do. Amazing bars to explore. Clubbing right at your tips. Fairly quiet. It was brand new renovation. Everything was brand new. He even delivered two extra pillows and iron also blow dry. The bed was comfortable. Very clean. The shower pressure like a warm massage. We definitely got the value for the money we paid. A perfect weekend get away.
