Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Balamban

Great place to stay in Cebu and worth the price. Minimalist design, free of clutter and very cozy. Balcony was also perfect since you can see CCLEX from there. Just some concerns (although they really didn't affect our stay so much) that might be improved on for future guests-- the sink was smelly, when we got in the first time, we smelled the stench right away and it always smells whenever we use the sink, might have something to do with the building's plumbing not really the owner.. Then next is the internet connection, we can use it for FB messenger but we're unable to watch videos on our phones and watch Netflix on TV. We didn't complain because everything was bearable. Just sharing it here to set expectations especially for those who are planning to work remotely. Overall, it was still a great stay. We'll surely go back, we loved the bathroom so much. 100% for the unit's aesthetics. The owner was very responsive and always available whenever we had concerns or questions. 💜

Owner is always responsive! Every thing you need during your stay, the owner has provided. Fast internet connection with large TV and Netflix were all available.

We stayed in Erika's place for three days, and it was the best! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the warmth and comfort of the space. It's beautifully appointed and incredibly well-maintained. But what truly made our stay exceptional was Erika herself. She was an amazing host – incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Her hospitality went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our entire visit. We highly recommend staying with Erika! You won't regret it.

The house was spectacular and looked exactly what the images showed. It was safe and peaceful place. All good except the trashcans had full of garbage from the previous guests and I will recommend towels in the CR. Overall, I'll still rate 100% to stay here. thank you

We stayed at Marybeth’s place overnight for our early next day flight. Her place is close to the airport. Would recommend.

Steve's place was exactly what I needed to get away from the city and enjoy a peaceful weekend. My favorite thing about the location was the road you enter on was full of local people who were all very kind and friendly. There is lots of great food and small stores all up and down the road. I did not cook anything because it was just to easy and a pleasure to walk and get a great meal. Thanks for everything Steve.

The beach villa is superb not just the facilities - gorgeous view, nice garden, lovely indoor/outdoor family room and delightful bedrooms, but the team on hand cooking and cleaning is absolutely thoroughly attentive and caring. What is more Mark himself gives great suggestions for local visits and attractions, helps organise logistics and really considers a visitor’s needs. The whole team is attentive, flexible and keen to please. They cook up a storm of fantastic local and western cuisines and take feedback into consideration. We had a fantastic stay and will happily return for another relaxing family holiday!

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who stayed at this Airbnb home with her friends. I was the one who booked it for them, and I must say, we were extremely happy with the choice! They had an amazing stay from March 5-8. The home was super clean, fragrant, spacious, and well-organized—truly a breath of fresh air. Every corner was spotless, with no trace of cobwebs, making it the cleanest place they've ever stayed in. The peaceful neighborhood added to the relaxing ambiance, and the home's aesthetic appeal made their stay even more enjoyable. With all rooms air-conditioned, including the living area, they all slept comfortably. There were four bedrooms, including one on the second floor with two bunk beds, making it perfect for larger groups (they were 10 in total).

Nice little location in Balamban, a bit tricky to find but the host included directions to get there. Also offered a few modes of transportation. Thanks again for hosting us.

Love the location. 10 min walk to Ayala mall. On the bus route. Laundry and 7 Eleven on the ground floor. The apartments are small But nice size for a couple. Then our a/c bill wasn’t much (2000 peco a month) Pool was great Very responsive representative Quickly desk with any problems. We will return

Mrs. Eva is a Great Host, very responsive and helpful. The Unit is Amazing! Species, clean, 2 CR and 2 showers. Very Fast Internet!! We stayed for 4 nights and were over all very happy. Very close to Ayala Mall. If you get out of the building turn right and on the main road right again. Walk for 5 minutes to Shell Gas Station amazing Cafe! Coffee and Pastries are incredible! Must visit. Very safe condo building and surroundings with 24 guard that’s also very friendly and helpful. If you need a taxi the guard will call one for you. I will definitely stay here again once I am back to Cebu. Highly recommended! Thank you so much Madam Eva!

I recently stayed here for one night, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and hassle-free. If you're on a budget and would like to stay somewhere quiet. This is the place to be. Home away from home. You can make your coffee, because they have an electric kettle. Cook meals as well. If you're unfamiliar with the place, you should do your grocery before checking in. Wi-Fi is great. I was able to binge on my favorite show on NetFlix. I just hope they could do something about the pressure of the water. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.
