Wonderful apartment, and even better the owner of the apartment. I was in touch all the time. The apartment is very large, cozy and most importantly, clean. The kitchen has all the accessories for cooking. The center is 50 minutes away by public transport. There are many shops nearby, a 10-minute walk to the metro station. We had some issues with the departure, the host compromised for us. We are very grateful to him for this! We recommend to everyone.

The most hygienic and cleanest place i have ever been. This location is ideal to take the metro, tram, metrobus to the touristic hotspots.

Place is great. The apartment is located in a large hotel with a large underground parking. Comfortable and communicative place. The apartment is contemporary furnished with all the necessary amenities. The host is welcoming and helpful and kept very good communication. I would love to stay again and recommend this accommodation.

My stay in this apartment was extremely pleasant. The property is in the immediate vicinity of the metro station and offers numerous shopping opportunities in the area. during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

The hostess was very responsible and helpful. There two things that we needed help with in the apartment and they resolved very quickly. five star for this place , if we travel again to Istabnul this place will be on the top of the list to stay.

Dilek’s place is in a neighborhood with hip shops, cafes and small local markets. It’s a busy neighborhood, but the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. You can walk uphill to Galata or downhill to Karakoy. It was a great home base for our stay. We made use of the washing machine and dryer. We were two couples and it was wonderful to have two separate units so we had a lot of privacy. The shower was fabulous — endless hot water and great water pressure. We slept well and had an amazing stay. Dilek’s guide book was super helpful. She also provided clear instructions with photos for all the household machines. She got back to me quickly when I had questions and was a wonderful host. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

This apartment is fantastic. The space is large and full of character. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is comfortable. The location cannot be beat - it is on a quiet, charming street very close to Galata Tower and the metro. A small elevator made it easy to get luggage upstairs. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I will definitely choose this place on my next visit.

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

Ugur is an incredible host. We were traveling to Istanbul for our wedding and Ugur helped find a laundry service to help iron a wedding dress and tuxedo! His office is located around the corner and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We saw a few reviews about noise but we felt the apartment was very quiet and had no issues.
