The house was really good. It was exactly as the photos described! The bedrooms were very spacious - and so were all the bathrooms. The kitchen too was a large one, which allowed multiple people to utilise the space for their respective needs simultaneously. The house has a wonderful aesthetic in a great neighborhood, and I would definitely recommend booking this.

We had a great stay at this lovely 2 BHK home. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and equipped with all the basic amenities like a fully functional kitchen, TV, fridge, and air conditioning. The home was well-maintained and perfect for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the host’s responsiveness. We had requested an AC for one of the rooms before check-in, and they had it installed promptly, which really impressed us. It’s clear the host genuinely cares about guest comfort. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this spacious 3BHK home in Saket! The house is exactly as described—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely spacious, making it perfect for families, work trips, or a group of friends. The location couldn’t be better—right opposite the Saket Sports Complex, and within walking distance to a major hospital, PVR cinema, and a buzzing mall. Whether it was grabbing a quick bite, watching a movie, or heading out for a morning jog, everything was just a few steps away. The interiors are tastefully done, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. Each bedroom is roomy and well-ventilated, with cozy beds and plenty of storage. The living area is ideal for relaxing or hosting friends, and the kitchen is fully equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking. What truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the host. Loved this spacious, luxurious penthouse with a beautiful rooftop garden—perfect for relaxing! The 2 AC bedrooms (with TVs) were comfortable, and the 55-inch TV in the living room was great. The location is safe, peaceful, and close to markets, cafés, and metro stations. The host was responsive, and everything was clean & well-maintained. Highly recommend! Mithu was extremely responsive, helpful, and polite—made our stay smooth and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! 😊

Really good place to stay. Just like photos. From checking in to checking out, experience was great. Place had everything. And complete privacy is always a plus point. Host was very helpful.

Both the owner and the staff are very cooperative and it didn’t feel like a transactional conversation. They were extremely friendly and very helpful. The place has a nice swimming which the kids didn’t want to get out of. Overall a pleasant experience!

I had a great stay at Beir's property! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The place is close to the India Expo exhibition centre. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. A special mention to the caretaker, Sabal Singh, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He ensured we had everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. He helped us with some delicious breakfast as well. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Delhi. Would definitely stay here again!

A very cozy place worth the price

The stay was was wonderful. The host and the staff was super helpful and easy to contact with also the place was extremely hygienic and comfortable. The surrounding and ambiance was great. Check in and out was easy and non hectic. Overall it was a great and amazing experience. Will be looking forward to book and stay again.

Host is very good. helpful . But not recommended for 5 people family where 2 of them are senior citizen. 2 people have to sleep in drawing cum daining room. suitable for 3 people family. But location is very good. property is specious.

The place was a great stay for us. i didn't face any issue reaching there. autos are the best option to reach in there. coordination with the owner was great and easy. nearby to the chhatarpur metro station and easily reachable. worth the money paid.

we are overwhelmed with Mr Prashant response. We had requested him for room heater and he able to arrange though it's not mentioned in list of facilities. Our sincere thanks to Host. For guest requirement adequate tea, biscuits and other ingredients placed. We all had very comfortable and good time.
