Cottage vacation rentals in Baie-Saint-Paul

We loved our stay ! Audrey’s place had all the essentials even down to a potty ! Was really a great home ! 3 Couples with kids was very comfortable! Location was great as well with a nice park just minutes away !

We had a great stay. The house is conveniently close to downtown Baie-Saint-Paul and an easy drive to Le Massif. This is the second year we have stayed here. The kitchen is well-equipped. The fireplace and hot tub are great to have. The beds are very comfortable. We will be back.

It was a great stay at Maison Bélanger Roux. The location is 15min drive from Downtown (where we visited the most) and 10min drive from the waterfall Montmorency. the house is amazing. We didn’t got time to try the spa, but all the amenities are just as listed. The only thing I would recommend is to have one more shower on the first floor, to accommodate a large group of guests (we were 8). Otherwise, it was a wonderful trip. Great Quebec heritage with modern amenities. Thank you for having us!

Dave was a great host. Super responsive and proactive. The house was spacious, clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. We called him to check the hot tub and he even brought us donuts! Great experience overall! Merci Dave!

Don't trust the photos - they do not do the place justice! It's a beautiful house and the view and property are stunning. Our smgroup of two adults and two young kids had a great time over Christmas. We had a lot of fun on the grounds, sledding, snowshoeing and exploring. We went to Le Massif to ski. It was grea to have a large gear room by the front door for all of our winter stuff. With 3 bedrooms it was too much room for us but worth it for the hot tub (clean and hot when we arrived) and amazing view. It would be an even better deal with a larger group. Once we figured it out, the wood-burning fireplace was so nice and there was plenty of firewood for us to use. The hosts went so far as to decorate for Christmas for us with a tree and other decor. We made lovely memories and hope to be back to try it in the warmer months!

We loved the place, everything was as described. Communication with Chantal was very easy. There were more accessories in the cottage than we expected, like board games on the other. The children are already asking when we'll go back! We will recommend it to those around us.

The space is bigger than it looks. It's beautiful and clean. There were a lot of things provided in the listing which was great! We had a great time in Avignon!

Great stay! The island of Orleans is very quiet in the winter, but we were close to everything!! We loved the character of the house and all the little touches!

We had a pleasant stay with the family! Everyone found what they were looking for! The immediate environment is quiet and rural. Geneviève was a great help when we needed her, even on New Year's Eve!

Brilliant stay as we enjoyed four nights in this little slice of heaven, just 25 mins from Quebec City. It rained the entire time - and we didn’t mind one bit. Exactly as described, we had no problem putting up our feet and soaking in the surroundings. Best soft serve we’ve ever had at the nearby Chocolaterie de l'Île d'Orléans (two min drive?). Also recommending walking along the beach areas when the tide goes out. A full drive of the island is mandatory imo and we also enjoyed a hearty lunch at Le Moulin de St-Laurent. Sebastien was the consummate host. Five stars all around.

This chalet is ideally located in front of the river, with a very low traffic street at the front of the property. We loved watching the changes in the scenery over the weather and going for a walk on the beach. The cottage is very spacious, tastefully decorated and well-equipped.

We had a great time in Avignon. The house was really very beautiful and perfect for our group of 8 people including 3 children. It is very well located on the island and really close to Quebec City. Frederique was a great host, very responsive and very accommodating. Really a great getaway! I would highly recommend it.

Port-au-Persil is a popular place in the area halfway between La Malbaie and Tadoussac. The newly renovated house with care and intelligence to accommodate travelers is therefore well located. We didn't want for anything. We were grandparents traveling with a small family of 4 and we were very comfortable. Brigitte was an exceptional host. We often rent on Air BnB and the Captain's House is one of our rentals best suited to our needs. It was warm, while leaving us room to settle in as if we were at home!

Lovely stay, very clean . We felt right at home and there were gorgeous views! It was slightly smaller than we expected but still a large space. Would book again!

We loved our family stay. The place was clean and welcoming. We had everything we had to have fun. We enjoyed the edge of the water and outdoor games. I would recommend this cottage if you are looking for tranquility and a warm place for your whole family (young and old).

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful village of St-Jean-Port-Joli. The accommodation is really well located, you can't get better! A few steps from the river, its marina and all the other tourist attractions of the village. This is a 5*+ accommodation for the quality of the offer: good mattresses, bedding and pillows - superbly equipped kitchen - decor and furnishings more than perfect. It's up to date and well suited for small families. The host is very concerned about the comfort of the residents.

This accommodation is probably one of those with the best view of the Charlevoix landscape. The abundant windows, wooden floors and beams, the fireplace and the layout of the space make it a vacation home that I would definitely recommend! Thank you Marlene for this wonderful stay!
