A very well equipped and well decorated apartment, at time of stay it looked like brand new! A friendly host and close to São Lourenço historic train station. The apartment is a little bit hidden and within a less developed area, but generally safe. The main issue we had was barking dogs and roosters through the night/ early morning, and thin walls of neighbours are loud. But overall, no major issues! A hard bed if that matters for anyone.

Very clean and organized apartment, fragrant bed and bath linens and very comfortable bed. Everything is very close, bars, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, we didn't use a car for anything.

I stayed for a long time at Lúcia's Loft, she and Luan always proactive and available to help. The place is wonderful, an amazing view of the mountains and the sunset is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen! The Loft is very cozy and has all the necessary utensils and commodities. If I go back to São Tomé, I will be there for sure.

I went with my in-laws who are elderly and we loved it. The apartment is super comfortable, clean and cozy. Everything working perfectly, including the wi-fi. Excellent location for those who like to walk. We really enjoyed it, we felt at home.

The house is magic! Beautiful, surprising. A wonderful view, the noise of the delicious, super-equipped creek - has absolutely EVERYTHING. We have been very happy days! I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

The location is otima, very close to visconde de Mauá but it has some climbs that require a little of the car until it reaches the house. but I guarantee it is worthaaaa. In the outdoor area there is a toton my nephew loved, the warm jacuzzi the night was perfectaaa Host is very helpful, communicative and helpful. Super Recommend and would come back again and again.

Simply wonderful house, impeccable cleanliness, high-quality bedding, hand towels in every bathroom, impeccable furniture, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything, everything, everything! I've never seen such clean and shiny pots! The only thing is the barbecue that was dirty and with food leftovers from the previous stay, but that was just a detail that, in view of the whole set of work, ended up being small, we cleaned it and that was it! The experience was fantastic, whenever I come to São Thomé das Letras I want to stay at Casa Maciel! Thanks Adriana for hosting us so well!

A refuge inside the Alcantilado! The cosy house with a large green area and a lovely balcony covered by Angel Shoes. Gramado with a place to network close to the river and also on the balcony. Large room, illuminated and with a fireplace for the colder nights. Shower with great water pressure and gas. Kitchen complete with stove and oven, large refrigerator and glasses and cutlery and appliances. I spent a beautiful carnival listening to birds and observing nature, vi hedgehog, hummingbird, saracura of the swamp, many butterflies and also saw time pass different from the big city, with more calm and silence. I had good breakfast and afternoons that I will remember until the next holiday I come back. This house is the end point in the debate between stay at AIRBNB or hotel, I stay with Casa do Alcantilado no doubt! The location of the house is excellent, very close to the main sights, we did everything through the center on foot, including the exits to eat.

Good apartment very close to everything, I had a bit of difficulty with the garage very difficult to maneuver because my car is big(SPIN), everything went well. I recommend it.

The building's location is outstanding! The building is very clean, organized, with 24-hour concierge and friendly and helpful staff. The apartment has an incredible view of the water park. The place is spacious, comfortable, extremely clean, very well equipped with utensils and other amenities. Beds are comfortable. The bed and bath linens were clean and soft. The shower is very nice! The service of the hostess and her co-hostess was excellent! It was very worth it! I've stayed in several places and this was one of the best! We'll be back for sure!
