Vacation rentals with beach access in Badia de Xàbia

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very spacious and clean. Excellent location, right on the beach and a 20 minute walk to the old town along the promenade.

The apartment is exactly as shown on the listing. It's clean, tidy and has plenty of space. It's within walking distance of everything you need. There's plenty to do locally and the hosts are very attentive and helpful. I would happily stay again.

This apartments location is amazing right on the beach ( you can fall asleep at night to the sound of the waves) Couple of bars /restaurants short walk great safe car parking if you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place We will return 👍

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria. Le logement était très agréable : lumineux, bien décoré, avec une superbe vue sur la mer et des lits très confortables. Un grand merci à Isa pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour, elle a su gérer avec efficacité les petits imprévus. Seuls bémols : un parking vraiment très étroit (mieux vaut se garer à l’extérieur) et quelques nuisances sonores dues à des travaux dans l’appartement voisin, totalement indépendants de l’hôte. Malgré cela, nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia tanto por la atención recibida por Lisa como por el alojamiento, que era tal y como se veía en las fotos. La terraza es una maravilla que puedes disfrutar todo el día y las zonas comunes del edificio también son geniales sobre todo la piscina climatizada cuando todavía hace un poco de fresco. Esperamos poder volver!

Lovely spotlessly clean apartment with everything you need for a great holiday ,host was very welcoming and helpful,highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be going back

Accommodation was lovely and I don't think the photos do it justice. Loved the balcony and view, spent mornings watching surfers with coffee. Patricia sorted our transfares which was great. Everything was 10 minute's slow stroll away. The Chinese just over the bridge is well worth a visit. The town is very chilled and friendly, just what we wanted. Will definitely be back. Great stay.

Carlo and Laura were the perfect hosts. House has a stunning view and it’s exactly what we were looking for our first vacation with our baby. Dogs have spent a great vacation too. Poble Nou de Banitaxell is a peculiar village, since you see it and understand it you realized is a quiet and chill spot with familiar vibes with 2 beautiful beaches very close to and a great vibe

It was a great family stay. The house is perfectly located very close to the sea (around a few minutes' walk) and Liddle supermarket (around 1 minute walk), so you don’t need a car at all to enjoy your stay. Roxana and Alex, who guided us during our stay, were excellent and helped us a lot. Roxana also helped us organize a transfer to airport. I am highly recommend this place to stay.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Daniel fue perfecta. No nos faltó nada, el lugar es tranquilo y fácil de encontrar y aparcamiento siempre disponible delante de la puerta. Hay supermercados, restaurantes y la playa muy cerca. La casa fue muy limpia y bien organizada. Pero quizás lo mejor fue la amabilidad de Daniel, siempre estuvo atento, amable y disponible, y nos aceptó con nuestros perretes, lo que nos agradecemos mucho ya que estuvimos viajando en familia. Fue un lugar perfecto para nosotros. Lo podemos recomendar para todos 100%. Muchas gracias por todo.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Javier. Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Lage zum Meer und zur umliegenden Gastronomie. Man konnte auch immer problemlos in der Straße, direkt vor der Wohnung, einen Parkplatz finden. Das ist für uns wichtig, da wir viel unterwegs sind an der wunderschönen Costa Blanca. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche perfekt. Javier war stets top zu erreichen und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Er hat uns extra Strandstühle und einen Sonnenschirm usw. bereitgestellt. Es gab leckere Orangen von der familieneigenen Plantage - ein Traum. Als er uns persönlich besucht hat, war er super sympathisch und hat uns noch tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Todo bien. Los propietarios muy amables, estuvieron esperando que llegaramos pese a que nos perdimos (la direccion y Google Maps no se entendieron bien), y muy atentos en todo momento. A 5 minutos si llega de la playa. Muy recomendable

El alojamiento de salvador es fantástico… la casa perfecta, tal como en las fotos, tiene todas las comodidades y todo muy moderno … el entorno, muy fácil de moverse en coche a las pueblos y ciudades cerca, aunque con la salida al mar habrá quien no quiera moverse de allí… una gran experiencia en familia…

Sitio fantástico, unas vistas impresionante. La casa super limpia , tranquila y todo lo necesario para una magnífica estancia. Ha sido unos días geniales. E Isaac siempre pendiente de cualquier cosa . Recomendable 100% hemos estado tan a gusto que nos hubiéramos quedado más tiempo

El lugar es muy tranquilo para poder relajarse con la familia e incluso con mascotas. Nos los pasamos genial aun siendo un fin de semana corto. Volveremos sin duda! Muchas gracias también a Alejandro por hacer la estancia más amena.

Danke Salvador für unseren Aufenthalt bei dir. Wir waren einen Monat da und es fehlte uns an nichts. Salvador war immer erreichbar und hat uns in jeder Lage sofort geholfen. Wir hätten uns nicht wohler fühlen können. Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand, es ist ruhig und hat fußläufig alles was man braucht.

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

Wonderful apartment, beautifully furnished with a fabulous terrace and sea views. Little extras like beach chairs, beach towels, hand soap, washing up liquid & toilet rolls were much appreciated. It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely apartment. Many thanks to Jeanette who looked after us!

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

L’appartement est neuf , spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer de très belles vacances en famille afin de visiter et découvrir la région. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un atout majeur, on se fait bercer par le bruit des vagues non loin. Son emplacement est idéal, très bien situé pour moi. Pour ceux qui aiment la plage elle se situe à quelque mètre de la résidence. Vannessa est très très professionnelle, toutes les informations qu’elle m’a communiqué m’ont été très utiles aussi bien sur les détails de la location que sur les belles choses à faire aux alentours. La grande piscine et l’espace SPA étaient à notre disposition même tardivement, un véritable plaisir pour les enfants. Le logement et Vannessa pour son sérieux sont à recommander. Au plaisir de se revoir.
