We had a great stay in Ofelia’s apartment. It was really clean, big enough for our group of 3, everything we needed was there. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Also the contact with Ofelia was great, she is a very kind host. I would definitely recommend this place!

Murielle, Valentin’s wife was extremely helpful and accommodating when I needed an earlier check in to receive the keys to the accommodation due to my arrival circumstances. She was very informative about the local area and the apartment amenities giving clear instructions. The bathroom had recently been renovated which was a nice surprise as the old one was shown on the apartment photos. The location of the apartment is perfect for enjoying the L’Arenal area and is quiet and peaceful.

We loved this place! Beautiful apartment with high quality furnishings and very comfortable beds and everything about this place was luxurious. The hot tub is definitely worth the extra charge it's positioned perfectly on the top terrace with stunning views night and day. The beach is great very clean and safe we did paddle boarding and swimming every day. We can't wait to return 😊

Adriana made everything easy for us from the beginning in every way, even being flexible when it came to leaving the accommodation. She is charming and very sweet, very kind and available if you have any questions. The house is cozy and has everything you need to spend a vacation period… close to the beach and all the restaurants in the sand, it has a pharmacy, and a supermarket just a short walk away (by the way, the take-away food from the Masymas supermarket is very good)… the air conditioning works very well, and the ceiling fans in the rooms are very powerful and quiet. My 16-year-old daughter and I had a super happy week in Jávea.

Fantastic cozy studio with everything you need. Breathtaking sea views. Great location. Leatitia and Pascal were very accommodating and even brought us a child seat for the bikes. We definitely will be staying again on our next trip to JAVEA.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and homely. Great facilities. The apartment is well located, plenty of options for beaches, restaurants and bars. A well stocked supermarket close by. We were there for a family wedding and this proved to be an ideal base. Javier is a great host. Very helpful and responsive to any questions. Check in very easy. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is beautiful, it doesn't need anything, the common areas such as the pool and gardens are very well maintained Quiet place to disconnect and have a good vacation, in fact, the week we stayed was too short Marina is charming, super attentive at all times!! We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The view from the window was absolutely breathtaking, with the sea just 30 meters away! The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Right outside, there’s a lovely walking path that’s perfect for cycling and running. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. While it’s easier to explore the area with a car due to limited public transportation, you can still get around without one if needed. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It would have been nice to have a trash can for sorting garbage, but that’s a minor point. Our host, Kiek, was fantastic—very helpful and proactive, offering great suggestions for places to visit. We highly recommend staying at this apartment and would definitely return! This version keeps the same positive tone but flows a bit more smoothly.

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

Very good experience, the location is perfect for those arriving in Dénia by bus. The area is very quiet with a nice view. Angelina and her mother were attentive and kind. Thank you for everything!

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Fantastic stay we’ve experienced in the apartment. Space is far more brighter and stylish than on pics, although it’s greatly snapped for public. It’s also equipped with a lots of household stuff, eg not salt and pepper only, but a sets of beach bags and towels, etc..full set of nice dining plates and var kitchen / laundry utensils in a spotless condition. The view off the 24th floor is breathtaking. Would definitely come back once me and the family are back in area for vacation
