Vacation rentals with a pool in Baderna

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The surrounding area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. At the pool, we couldn't figure out where to heat it, but we were always in the hot tub anyway. A perfect place to stay for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

The house with pool between vines and olive trees in Croatia is an absolute dream! It definitely deserves 6 out of 6 stars. The location is simply stunning, surrounded by picturesque nature. The house itself is beautifully decorated and offers all the comforts you could ask for. The pool is great and invites you to relax. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, they gave us great tips for excursions and restaurants and provided us from the first day with specialties such as olive oil, wine and spirits from their own cultivation. We enjoyed our stay here to the fullest and highly recommend it! Thanks also to the father of the two owners, who provided us with everything and made our stay perfect. This Property had the most amazing view of Motovun. The only things we would preface for anyone looking at the property: *If you have younger kids, be aware that the pool is right next to the pool house and home with no barriers. *If coming in the cooler months where you will need heat: There is no furnace or heat pump for the home, so you will be required to use a wood burning fireplace/stove. This wood burner heats the whole house efficiently, but it is something you will have to stock and service this yourself. *Be aware that you are right next to the woods and are basically in the country here, so you may have to look out for little critters Other than these couple items, our stay was pleasant and felt we got the most out of our stay in Istria.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at Celestina’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Rovinj is a beautiful town with loads of fantastic restaurants and it’s a good base for exploring Istria. We visited Pula, Vrsar, Montona, Bale and even Piran in Slovenia. Amarin beach is easily accessible by car and is a fab place to swim. Celestina was very warm and friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend!

We were very satisfied with our accommodation! Very well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and vacuum cleaner available! The pool is a dream! It is checked and cleaned every 2-3 days! The place is a bit off the beaten path, but if you have a car, that's no problem either! You always have to drive, beach, shopping, city! We would definitely recommend the place, as the landlords are also very nice!

Everything was super uncomplicated. Quiet location and the pool was great for the kids. Very nice hosts who respond very quickly to requests. We will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The place was comfortable and well-equipped. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even let us stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place to stay – we will be happy to come back!

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We and the dogs felt very comfortable with Jana. The family welcomed and very friendly. The location of the APARTMENT is very centrally located for all excursions. The pool was just great. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back.

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. The house was also in good condition, the outdoor area looked very new. Someone came to clean the pool twice a week. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly as shown in the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great vacation :-)

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Beautiful villa and a very comfortable stay. Near to a small town for a supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy and 30 mins from Rovinj which is beautiful and also around 30 mins from east coast quieter beaches. Host was really helpful with giving suggestions on Beaches and restaurants. Thank you!

We arrived as 5 and everything was perfect, everything looked like the photos, the communication was excellent and we felt comfortable right away. So comfortable that we hardly left the accommodation. The outdoor area was awesome. Thanks for the great time.
