The apartment was as expected and described in the offer, the host was very responsive, and the location was great for skiing in Kaprun, Saalbach and Zell Am See. The sauna, available every day after a day on the slopes, was a great added value.

We have really enjoyed our stay, beutiful views at Dachstein from balcony. Flat is fully fully equipped and super clean.

Het was een gezellig huisje, waar alles, wat nodig was, aanwezig was. Het ligt op een paar minuutjes wandelen van de bushalte en was dus heel bereikbaar. In de keuken was ook alles aanwezig, alleen moest je wel een raam openzette bij het koken. Overal een heel gezellig huis om te verblijven!

Great stay. Good location and responsive hosts. 2.5 bathrooms; beds have nice mattresses. Walking distance from grocery store, bakery. Recommended for groups.

Geräumige Wohnung mit allem Notwendigen. Toilette und Bad getrennt, Sofa zum Ausziehen im Wohnzimmer, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, Bücher, viele extra Kissen und Tagesdecken. Sehr nette Kommunikation! Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Skikeller inklusive, gute Lage zum Lift (mit dem Auto, einen Bus gibt es auch) und zum Örtchen auch zu Fuß, ruhige Wohngegend. Matratzen, Pfannen und Messer ferienwohnungstypisch nicht mehr in bestem Zustand. Für eine Woche Skifahren mit der Familie sehr gelungen. Danke

Wir waren mit insgesamt 11 Personen im Haus! 3 Generationen und Hund! Ein wirklich netter Vermieter, superschnelle Antworten und Dinge, die wir als Anregung mitgegeben haben, wird er umsetzen! Jederzeit wieder, soviel Platz, dass man sich ungestört mal zurückziehen konnte, um Ruhe zu finden! Geräumiges großes Wohnzimmer für die Abende, viele Fernsehprogramme etc.! Das war für diesen Preis nicht zu toppen! Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und sehr gepflegtes Grundstück! TOP

Eine super schöne und moderne Berghütte, in welcher man sich ab dem Betreten wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Hütte wurde erst dieses Jahr fertig gebaut und ist deshalb super modern. Hier trifft ein uriges Flair auf moderne Einrichtung. Alles war super sauber, die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. In der Umgebung kann man im Winter Ski fahren, oder im Sommer Radtouren unternehmen. Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen und mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten auf der Großglockner Hochalpenstraße. Sehr genossen haben wir die Ruhe und das gemütliche Ambiente der Hütte. Wir kommen gern mal wieder!

Es war ein sehr schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung und weil wir zu spät angekommen sind, sind sie extra nachts aufgestanden und waren super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns direkt Wohlgefühlt.

Charmant chalet de montagne tout en bois, bien équipé, Un peu isolé en hauteur dans la vallée de Stubach (voiture indispensable). Très belle vue sur le massif du Grossglockner. Accueil sympathique de Wolfgang, qui vient tous les matins sortir les vaches de l'étable attenante et les ramener le soir.

Dům je již hodně starý, ale má své kouzlo a nám se tam moc líbilo. Do kuchyně bych doplnila vařečky, obracečky a jiné drobné kuchyňské náčiní k vaření … hodil by se i toustovač, ale vždy jsme si nějak poradili😉 My jsme si pobyt užili na 💯 %👏🏻Děkujeme🙂🙋🏻‍♀️

Sigrid's mountain retreat was such a find! Our group of 8 had an amazing time staying here during our Kitzsteinhorn ski trip. The house is seriously spacious with clean, comfortable rooms - some with balconies offering views that made getting up for early ski runs actually enjoyable! A special shout-out to Merlin the kitten who became our unofficial greeter, always showing up to welcome us back after a day on the slopes. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for our group hangouts, and with two fridges, we never ran out of space for food or beverages. This place could easily handle 15 people without feeling cramped. Just a heads-up - it is a bit off the beaten path. We had a car so it wasn't an issue, but the last 15 minutes of the drive is on winding hillside roads that require some careful navigation, especially after dark. Sigrid was also very responsive and kind host .

It was amazing stay! We visited the house with my partner and our parents, and we felt like in a true cottage house in a nature! Lady host was super friendly, she didn't speak English, but she was so willing to communicate she explained us everything with letters and google translate, and that was amazing! We felt welcomed by that gesture! Also we received great recommendation about beautiful spots nearby the house, this was very nice too! Linen were clean, beds were comfortable, in a kitchen we had everything we needed (and we were cooking fully by overselves), we spend great time in a garden, sitting in the evenings. And location was right in the middle of different nice spots :)
