Vacation rentals with a patio in Bacolod City

I had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Triple A with Doc Anna. The host was very accommodating, responsive to inquiries, and proactive throughout my stay. From the moment I entered the unit, I was impressed by the cozy and comfortable ambiance—it truly felt like a home away from home. The internet connection was stable, and the environment was peaceful, making it an ideal space to unwind. In terms of location, it’s conveniently accessible—just one ride away from major malls such as CityMall, Robinsons, Ayala Mall, and SM. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider booking again on my next visit.

Homey vibes and has all amenities we needed for our stay. The cool thing about its location is there’s a connecting walkway (on the 2nd floor) to Robinsons Mall. Unit looks exactly like the photos. Host and staff were friendly and responsive to my inquiries. Thank you for hoisting!

Great location with very helpful staff. The room the very clean and well kept. My children and I felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. Our host was also very helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to come back!

It was an amazing place to stay in. The host was very responsive, we were out for a vacation in Bacolod so we were lost on our way to the place but great thing was Miss Jam (host) was very helpful and responsive. The place is also great. It is near Landers, the bowling alley, a lot of restaurants and Upper East night market. We brought our 3 kids and they had a great time. Was also able to use the pool. Great place to stay for solo travellers and families.

-Amazing value for money, has all the amenities normally available for higher-priced rental units -Courteous and responsive host -Accommodating, definitely a resident of the City of Smiles :) Conclusion: Would rate 6/5 if I could. Will definitely come back to experience the hospitality and condo amenities in the city.

Thanks, Jonalyn for opening up your home to us. We had somewhat of a family gathering and stayed a week. We loved the place. Huge double lot, pool and kids pool. Spacious and clean. Loads of stuff to do. Huge parking space. We had some trouble with the water - we might not have been doing it right, but Jonalyn came over and helped us out whenever we needed - thanks again! The place is pretty close to the Save More - and with the fully equipped kitchen, I reckon it’s a great place to unwind, have a BBQ in the al fresco area, cook out! The place is great for a family. Can’t thank you enough!

Thank you to a super host Miss Jannica!The place is absolutely spotless,super clean and beautifully decorated.The host stocked the kitchen and bathroom with essentials,and the bed is incredibly comfortable.The photos looked great but it is more beautiful when you see it in person!This was the perfect family-friendly spot,with the largest pool in the executive village.Kudos to our host for maintaining it so beautifully.Surely will be back next year!Gonna rate you 5 stars!

Fredrick's home is an excellent value for the money, very spacious, modern and comfortable. It is the epidemy of your home away from home with pleasant home decor and many conveniences. In addition, Fredrick was a very accommodating host who is pleasant to talk to and very attentive to our needs. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived and stayed in constant contact with us throughout our stay. Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

The place is rather small, it would have been ok for 4 people but tight for 5. Th lights in the living room and kitchen are too low (dark)

Geli's unit is exactly how it is described in the listing, but I did not expected to find hidden gems around the neighborhood that I really loved, such as friendly and caring people, Gina's Seafood Market & Restaurant, Manokan Country restaurants, and more. It is very accessible to malls and transportation. I was also touched by how helpful and caring the people in the city are. They go the extra miles when assissting you with anything and often care about you more than their business. As someone who is not used to the scorching hot summer in the Philippines, her place provided exceptional comfort. It is well ventilated and tidy. In addition, Geli is very responsive, proactive, understanding and caring. I am looking forward to visiting Bacolod again to explore more beautiful places and good restaurants, and booking her unit again!

Great host who was friendly and responsive from the moment we booked through to checking out. Nice clean condo in a great location.

Jonny was very quick to respond to my requests. The CR light got busted it was replaced in 5 mins

The location was superb to me. I like the peaceful neighborhood of the condo and the accessibility of the shops around - grocery, pharmacy, restos/eateries are just a stone's throw away. I just hope they could improve on the internet connectivity because what we had was just a prepaid wifi and signal was intermittent. Internet connection is very important to me because I usually travel while also working online during the wee hours of the night. Overall, my family loved the place. The owner was also courteous and responsive.
