With us, you will stay comfortably in our cozy guest house, in the middle of beautiful Höga Kusten and close to many popular excursion destinations, swimming, hiking trails, ski trails, shops, restaurant, gas station. Electric car charger in the yard. There is a well-equipped small kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and fireplace with pellet basket. Cozy sleeping loft, private entrance and private balcony. Barbecue available to borrow. Barbecue charcoal and lighter fluid are available for a fee. Sorry, we can't have cats in the cottage. The cottage is a fully equipped and comfortable living idyll all year about where you live all by yourself. Private and very quiet location at Dämstasjön. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the swimming area and the boat. There are plenty of fishing waters, berry and mushroom fields, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm there are sheep and you are most welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me on hand without me disturbing you.

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

A small community with grocery store COOP, playground, ice cream shop, hardware store, hotel, pizza place, is 2.5km from the property. 12km to Skuleskogen National Park. 7km to a scenic swimming area with barbecue area and docks, Almsjöbadet.

About 10 km to Sollefteå which has one of Sweden's best and most complete ski facilities (ski tracks, ski slope and biathlon). Close access to hiking, biking (downhill) and an unbeatable nature. Pretty close to the High Coast gems. Overall, there are plenty of activity opportunities within easy reach. Look into Sollefteå municipality and High Kusten's websites for lots of inspiration.
