This is a unique house in a unique location. It's hard to describe, you have to experience it. There is a fantastic restaurant called Kajkanten at the local port (5 min. walk). The pasta dish was the best ever. The host Linéa is such a lovely person. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place. The house is spacious and was perfect for us with two dogs. Plenty of forest paths around for walks and not far from Umeå. Everything was very pretty; there were even flowers in vases and candles. The kitchen had everything we needed.

What a great find! The house was nice, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication was easy and they were very helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Een heerlijk huis op een mooie rustige plek. Comfortabel en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Beddengoed en handdoeken zelf meenemen of huren. Je kunt lekker buiten zitten en in het bos bij de rivier wandelen. Hond mocht mee. Vännäs is op 8km en leuk om naar toe te gaan. Ook voor de boodschappen. Kajsa is erg vriendelijk en haar ouders die in het huis er tegenover wonen ook.

Amazing place with a stunning view over the lake. The pictures do not really catch all the beauty of this location. Very friendly and welcoming host, greeting you upon arrival and available to resolve any issues during your stay. Short drive to Ö-vik and the national park. Spotlessly clean and very cozy house with all amenities you may need during your stay. I really enjoyed the stay at Lillemor’s house and will be happy to return again.

Von der ersten Minute an, in der wir in dieses fabelhafte Haus in Schweden eingezogen sind, waren wir einfach begeistert! Die Unterkunft übertraf all unsere Erwartungen – sie war nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern auch äußerst komfortabel und einladend. Die Lage war perfekt, um die beeindruckende Natur Schwedens zu genießen und gleichzeitig in der Nähe von charmanten Städten und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sein. Jeder Morgen begann mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft, der einfach traumhaft war! Ein ganz besonderer Pluspunkt waren die Gastgeber. Sie waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Nicht nur, dass sie uns mit wertvollen Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants versorgten, sie sorgten auch dafür, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war wirklich herausragend! Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung des Hauses waren ebenfalls top. Es fehlte uns an nichts und alles war perfekt vorber

We have stayed only one night but we enjoyed it there very much. The place is perfectly placed next to a lake with magnificent view. I must highlight the bedroom view because waking up and seeing the light reflecting on the water was just breathtaking ! On the other hand, sauna wasn’t as what we expected, but considering the placement we have no negative remarks. Also, a big thanks to the hosts for letting us arrive before the check in, and welcoming us with a sweet treat after our hike. 😊

Vi var nöjda med boendet under vår bäverjakt vistelse. Stugan fint beläget vid vackra Vindelälvens strand.

Logement vaste, confortable, très propre et bien équipé. Nous sommes restés qu'une nuit mais nous sommes ravis. Anki a toujours été réceptif et soucieux de nous faciliter notre séjour même court.

Das Haus und vor allem auch das große Grundstück mit Veranda war toll für uns und die Hunde. Das Haus hatte keine direkte Seelage, aber er war auf der anderen Straßenseite mit eigenem Zugang zu erreichen, 1 Minute Fußweg. Ein Kanu stand auch bereit. 2 größere Strände waren in Fußläufiger Umgebung und es gab schöne Wanderwege. Bosse war direkt nebenan und für alle Fragen erreichbar. Er war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns mit heimischem Essen und guten Gesprächen erfreut. Dennoch hatten wir unsere Privatsphäre und konnten Ruhe und Natur genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Our stay in Ladan exceeded our expectations, not only because everything you could need was there (from a waffle iron to a hammock). Many of the pictures give you something to dream about, but once you have experienced the lake, the sauna and the lovely atmosphere in and around Ladan, you notice that someone has thought about what contributed to satisfaction and relaxation. Malin and David have put a lot of thought into it and that makes it even more valuable. On top of that, the two of them have a feeling for how you travel on holiday, what or which tips you might need and they will take every idea with them or even develop it further! We will be drawing on the mixture of peace, adventure and interpersonal relationships for a long time to come and wish everyone a holiday like this! Thank you very much for this opportunity! Super nice people. They made things as simple as could be and were super helpful. we had car troubles and they help us out twice. They also offered us to return the skiing gear we borrowed in town so that we could have some time skiing. Really nice people with a beautiful home. Can only recommend.

We had a comfortable stay, we stayed for one night. The house is clean, kitchen is well equipped, hosts are responsive and helpful. The location is beautiful and serene. Overall, a 5 star review from our side.

Vi hade två fina dagar med vandringar och golf. Fantastiskt boende med avkopplande spabad för trötta muskler. Vackert läge vid havet, rekommenderas varmt.

The owners always responded quickly and the location is good- it was beautiful and quiet. The house itself was very spacious and felt cozy. It was equipped with all of the necessities and the pricing is reasonable. I definitely recommend it.

Eva was a wonderful host and the place was very nice, lots of space, had all the amenities one needs, would definitely stay there again.

Lovely cabin, very charming and comfortable with beautiful woodland behind. Greeted by 3 very energetic dogs, so be prepared for that. Duvets and pillows are provided but you need to bring your own bed linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases) as well as towels and toiletries. Beside the fire pit there is also a BBQ which was a nice surprise! Christina was very helpful and answeded questions very quickly.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war sauber, gut eingerichtet und der Platz reichte für drei Personen tiptop. Ein paar kleine Dinge in der Küche haben uns zum Kochen gefehlt und Spiele waren keine vorhanden, sollten also selbst mitgebracht werden. Maria war selber nicht anwesend, hat aber proaktiv kommuniziert und ihre Nachbarinnen sprangen vor Ort ein, was super funktioniert hat. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft mit dem Boot abgeholt und uns wurde alles sehr gut gezeigt und erklärt. Der Hotpot war sogar schon eingeheizt, so dass wir ihn gleich geniessen konnten. Mit etwas Glück lässt sich ein toller Sonnenuntergang aus dem Hotpot geniessen. Ebenfalls können Flugzeuge beim Starten und Landen beobachtet werden. Uns wurde ein Motorboot zur Verfügung gestellt. Dies konnten wir dank der guten Einführung auch ohne Erfahrung problemlos bedienen. Ich kann das schöne Haus auf der tollen Insel mit den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn nur empfehlen.
