Close to everything in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation. A quaint home with most things needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment has a hall with wardrobes, living room and sleeping alcove. Kitchenette with hob oven and fridge/freezer. Private bathroom with Shower toilet and bathtub. Just a stone's throw from the city center, only a few minutes walk to Central Station and the city's entertainment and shopping. Perfect if you value the proximity to the city center but at the same time want a quiet and tranquil accommodation.

The northern gem of the High Coast.

The cottage is located at a sea bay in the north part of the High Coast, well suited for day trips to a large number of sights located in the nearby area. Sandy beach, swimming jetty and access to a small boat, makes it possible to enjoy the holiday. In the ground floor of the house there is a sofa bed, as well as loft with space for 4-5 people, but not full ceiling height. Internet access is available, so you can check emails and communicate without any problems, but the reception can be patchy, so it can be difficult to watch movies.

Here you live quietly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Own house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house also consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to an extra bed is available in the form of a comfortable sleeping mattress to put on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also includes a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200cm and an extra bed box spring 80x200cm, with bed mattress.

Hi, we're a family renting out an attefalls/ tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Close to airport and stop for the airport bus.
