Jimmy was very friendly and helpful. His place was clean, and very well stocked with amenities and breakfast foods. It’s in a great location and nice and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Had a brilliant stay at Mulberry cottage whilst visiting over the weekend for a wedding! Would highly recommend anyone looking for places in Hadleigh to book here, all 5 of us loved our stay! friendly neighbours and Stuart was a great host and didn't miss anything, supplying us with everything we needed and the cittage itself was as beautiful as its photos! We had such a wonderful stay at Honeybee cottage. Our host was incredibly helpful in the lead-up to our stay and we felt really welcome when we arrived. The cottage is fantastic in many ways - comfortable, clean, homely, equipped with everything we needed, has a car space and a garden. It’s also brilliantly located close by to many great cities, villages, beaches and attractions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and will definitely try to book again the next time we’re in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Alyson's. Our kids really enjoyed the outside space to roam and were in heaven feeding the donkeys some carrots. We will definitely be back next time we come to visit family.

A wonderful house in beautiful surroundings. It also had that more difficult to attain "presence", with each room allowing you to relax and experience its homeliness and history. The whole family (6 adults and 2 grandchildren) thoroughly enjoyed our stay to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. No-one really wanted to leave. Waking up to see the expanse of manicured gardens from bedroom windows and breakfast room was a calming relaxing pleasure. Plenty of walks available, and the walk to the local pub for an evening meal was safe and easy along quiet country roads. Would certainly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy English cottage! From the moment we arrived, Sarah made us feel so welcome. She truly went above and beyond—every little extra she left in the home made our stay feel special and thoughtful. The cottage itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, filled with authentic British charm that made it peaceful and relaxing throughout our stay. It had everything we needed and more—every amenity was thoughtfully provided. The location couldn’t have been more perfect: just a short walk to the main area of town and right across the street from the railroad station, which made getting around so convenient. This was the perfect countryside escape, and we’re so grateful for Sarah’s hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

Enjoyed staying at Peter's flat, very comfortable. Was working in the area for a few days and it was great to be able to cook and cater for myself rather than eating out all the time. Central location and great for going for walks in the evenings. Added bonus a parking space!

20 years ago we were married at Layer Marney Towers and returning to stay at Nicholas' Airbnb was an anniversary present to my husband. We had not visited since we were married so really appreciated being able to explore the grounds and gardens in peace to relive our memories and re-create some of our wedding pics. Nicholas very kindly opened up the room where we said our vows all those years ago. The space itself was charming and romantic and so so quiet (unless you count the chattering of jackdaws and bleatings of the sheep!) We slept well on the comfy 4-poster bed and enjoyed exploring some of the footpaths from the door to Aberton Reservoir and the Hare & Hounds at Birch. I really hope we do not leave it another 20 years before returning. This really is a very special place.

Jo was a superb host! Very helpful with recommendations and instructions to get into the place. She went above and beyond as well. When my friend left her rings behind, Jo helped us to look for it and arranged to have them returned to my friend. Her place also has a great location and is near to both the Colchester Town station as well good food options nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here and will hope to return next time!

Our second stay at the Old School Rooms. We were impressed the first time (April 2025) and just so on this visit (May 2025). It so comfortable you immediately feel at home. Everything available that you may need. Judith an excellent host, always responds promptly and very helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending.

The apartment is in a good location 8 minutes walk from the city centre, very beautiful decoration, the pots leave a little to be desired and the bed is also not very comfortable, but the sofa bed is perfect, a very beautiful apartment.

We really loved our stay at Daniel’s. We had spent a long day in central London and it was the perfect place to come to unwind and relax. The train into Elseham was a beautiful ride and one of the highlights of our day. Not to mention the neighborhood was gorgeous and we felt right at home. It was super easy to get to our flight at Standsted the next morning as well from this location. Will definitely be booking here again whenever we return to London!

Lawrie was very good at giving us useful advice on the area. It was a good base to go to different places on the coast. The accommodation was sufficient for two people with everything we needed

The Annex was a wonderful place to stay, set within beautiful grounds. Clean and comfortable, the unique property provided a tranquil base from which to explore the stunning landscape. The owners, Malahat and Roger,were helpful and friendly but never invasive. The garden and extensive grounds were amazing. I sat and watched deer, foxes, woodpeckers, red kites, buzzards, and listened to owls, cuckoos, blackcaps and white throats. I left feeling refreshed and somewhat restored.

Beautiful flat, super comfy in terrific location. Around the corner from many shops, pubs, restaurants and five minutes' walk to marina and harbour with gorgeous views. Mark was very prompt and responsive. Hope to stay longer next time. We loved Woodbridge! Many thanks, Mark.

We enjoyed our stay in Janet's flat. It's clean, modern, well-equipped and spacious. It's very convenient for Thetford town centre and the parking is close by. Although we never met her, Janet sent us everything we needed to know, and cleared up a misunderstanding we had over the parking very quickly. She's an excellent host.

We stayed here for a couple of days whilst visiting family in Frinton. It was peaceful, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Carole's garden was very lovely with a friendly dog running around. Carole herself was friendly, relaxed and helpful. Well situated for Frinton and surrounding area. Definitely recommended.

A perfect place to stay in Bury St Edmunds. So handy to walk around the town and see the shops and the Abbey. The interior has a great theme with its colours and fittings. Super comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Sean even provided for our parking needs.

Excellent for family party at the village hall and also visiting them in Milton. Always love a visit to Ely too, a fantastic little city with it's markets, independent shops and of course the cathedral.

Our stay was wonderful, very comfortable and homely. Everything catered for and a lovely surprise of a welcome basket for us humans and a treat and toy for our doggie! We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb — it was such a positive experience! The room was private, clean, and cosy, and we felt truly welcomed by our lovely hosts, Ann and John. We had access to their beautiful garden and summer house, where the kids loved playing with the garden toys. The apartment is as described with convenient parking in a quiet location. Within walking distance to a local restaurant and Co-op plus fish and chip shop. Ideal for a short stay in Woodbridge and to visit the nearby attractions by car. We had a very enjoyable stay here having been greeted by the hosts on arrival.
