The house is great for family gathering, quiet, and in a gated compound. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and the location is great for moning or afternoon strolls. The water heater was only working on first day, though.

The house is comfortable and clean bangeeet. There is a garden and there is a small place for children to play in the water, the shape is cute like a bowl hihi is perfect here to bring children in my opinion. Oh yes the host, Bu Widyawati is very kind and responsive, as is Pak Nanang, who looks after where I stay. Overall, lovely place❤️❤️

Staying at this villa was an absolutely wonderful experience! The villa itself is stunning—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, fragrant, and incredibly comfortable. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. What made the stay even more special was the warm hospitality; both the host and the villa staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. truly a memorable and satisfying experience!

The advance communication with the owner was smooth, and the manager was polite on the day, so we had a pleasant stay.

The villa is very clean, the furniture is modern, the kitchen utensils are complete, the wifi is fast, there are karaoke tools and games. The warm water is smooth, the mattress is plentiful, perfect for gathering. Recommended and 5 stars!

Great place if its just you and your partner. amazing view and place. loved everything about it! the price/room is amazing value for your money! only downside i had, was no rice cooker and ants, many ants on the kitchen. but both are small issues compared to what you get. maybe possibly bigger issue would be only 1 key/pass to get inside. but loved staying here very much! would do it again.

A great place in the centre of the city. The apartment itself comes with a lot of facilities (there are laundrettes, supermarkets, etc.). You can walk 10 mins to the nearest MRT station, or it’s also easy to find for the taxis if you order one. The hosts were also super responsive!

My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed for a week's stay in Jakarta! Brilliant location and access to the Mall is probably the highlight, saved us so much time, eliminating the hassle of navigating the busy J streets. The gym and pool are very well maintained - we love to use them daily. We had a minor issue with the bathroom, but the owner was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was taken care of. Apartment is in a very great location in Jakarta — convenience stores are few blocks away, there's a mall couple of steps from the bldg, train is also accessible. Agnes is a great host, has been accommodating to our requests and inquiries even if it's late night. The place is great for us 5 people and the reception staffs are friendly and nice. Bonus would be the building cats that are so friendly and cute.
