For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

Cozy and quiet 2-room apartment (approx. 50 m²) near the beach. The beach can be reached in five minutes on foot through the wooded dune via a slightly steeper path. All other destinations, such as shopping, restaurants, the spa administration, the train station of the "Rasenden Roland" or the city center of Sellin are within walking distance in a maximum of 10 minutes.

Workshop 2

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
