Vacation rentals with beach access in Ba Ria - Vung Tau

We stayed for a month the area building has a great maintenance team who are all very friendly. The pool is large so doesn’t feel crowded with a great view. The host was very friendly and helped with any problems we had. Very enjoyable and comfortable stay, we will be back.

My place is very satisfactory, the room is clean, with karaoke and the house is very clean, especially the hostess is very very enthusiastic, and especially shampoo shower gel are real goods like other places outside a style inside a style, very satisfied will come back when visiting VT.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location, the super beautiful view from the balcony - the mountains, the water, the nature and the city at the same time. Hostess is responsive, took note of our questions, addressed them. As this unit is in high demand, then you may have to wait longer for an elevator, but it wasn't as crazy as we thought. There is a great Lotte shop just 5 minutes walk. The apartment has everything you need to cook your own food, and there was also a washer and lots of hygiene items. Thanks to the hostess for the care!

A great apartment! It was clean, spacious, and had all needed amenities. We had booked the unit with bunkbeds but were switched to another, which was a bit of a downside, but not a huge deal. One thing to note is the very long line and wait to use the elevator on the weekends. Obviously not the fault of the hosts, but something that could affect your stay. The view was beautiful, the balcony perfect for seeing the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Thank you!

We loved the location of Rose's place, plenty of room and close to restaurants. It's also an easy walk from Ben Thanh Marketplace and Saigon Centre. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Clean house. Was worth the money

Hien, the helper, is wonderful. My family enjoyed every meals she cooked for us. She is very nice and helpful. The fresh bead she baked every morning is also a delight. The place is idea for a family get away.

10 of us, family friends with kids stayed for 4 nights. Host was very responsive and helpful in many ways.

The resort is great, not very far from the center but it will be more convenient if there is a private transportation method, because it is in the beginning of the rainy season, the attic room is a little water but does not affect much, the feeling that the host is very careful with the house, the furniture is meticulously selected, the host and management are all very enthusiastic support, thank you very much!

Its way more than expected. Very nice and clean house. Modern design, still new and quite open space. 4 bedrooms, 2 extra mattresses. Everything is ready setup for you to cook and have a BBQ party at home. The host was nice and reachable. The beach is just 5 minutes walking. And the price is a great deal. 100% will back many times again. Thank you for hosting us.

The house is beautiful and new, you can still smell the fresh paint. It’s fully equipped with all amenities, making it feel just like home. The property manager responds very promptly, and self check-in was easy. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and there’s a museum park 2 minutes in the other direction. Everyone in our family was delighted and thoroughly satisfie!

The apartments are cozy and the view is spectacular It was a little bit dusty when we arrive, but it's ok The condo is cool, but some times (especially at weekends) it's very noisy Generally I had a great time

The apartment is located in a good complex of buildings from a well-known developer. Convenient location and excellent infrastructure. Very polite housing manager (but this is Vietnam, everyone is polite here). The manager can offer you two housing options in one building, the second housing, which is called "new", is much better and I recommend taking this option.

Everything was very fine at a good price. I feel quite comfortable and everything is almost clean and tidy. Ms Hien is very nice to support. Will be back to her house sometime. Tks

House in oke, nice, clean

A wonderful place with a nice view of the ocean on the more quiet side of Vung Tau. It’s a good place to stay if you want to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the city center, but a short drive to the popular beaches and restaurants. Thắng is an amazing host that is very considerate and accommodating.

Lovely place, conditions, location. The hostess is very hospitable, friendly. I helped with a variety of issues. Everything went well at check-in. We traveled with a cat and she did not refuse to check in with the animal. Special thanks to her for that! The house itself had a swimming pool, gym, sauna, barbecue. We had everything for ourselves. A supermarket , the sea and various cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. We are very grateful that we were lucky enough to stay in this apartment for 6 months. Everything was great! I am very satisfied staying here. The host is very enthusiastic and friendly. Clean, comfortable apartment with balcony overlooking the sea and the whole city. There are many amenities around so I don't need to travel by car anymore. Everything here is great!!!
