absolutely loved the apartment. everyone was very friendly and the apartment itself was amazing. super comfortable (we are in love with the couch, best ever!!). cafes and restaurants nearby as well as kioskos and pharmacies. it is an easy walk to the river or even the mall. highly recommended and we would absolutely stay again.

Definitely recommended 100/100, Mrs. Nancy is very friendly. Quiet area and close to everything, the accommodation fulfilled everything it promised.

It must be the most intelligently distributed apartment that I have visited since I use Airb&b (2019), each square meter is thought of in comfort, the kitchen is surprisingly equipped, both rooms share the terrace (which is private) the view is like that of a viewpoint, it is not necessary to go to the Turi you have in Cuenca from the comfort of the rooms, the whole depar has a number of details thought in comfort, 5 stars in cleanliness are taken seriously, tv with magis, the bathroom is a luxury has many accessories the garage with remote opening, elevators in optimal condition, super safe super private alado there is a nice local that is like a supermaxi where there is everything, in the end air was a big one the best so far

I enjoyed my 2 months here. The only thing I wish I had there was a toaster or an oven, so I went out and bought a small Toaster Oven. nbd. Cute place, decent internet. I would stay here again.

It was a very nice experience. The whole place was nice, tidy and Natalia's service was the best.

Excellent accommodation , very nice ,tidy ,clean , maybe it would not be bad to think of a modern TV although we didn't really miss a lot. We would certainly come back to stay , a few meters away they sell a 5/5 roasted chicken and a bakery also 5/5 , pharmacy , shop and fruits and vegetables. I really recommend it

It was a short but very nice stay, everything was very close and that was wonderful, the host was always attentive.

Excellent stay, super spacious, comfortable, clean and safe. Don Marco super friendly, quick to provide help, responded quickly to my doubts, and helped us even with the schedule, helping to make our arrival more flexible, we will definitely be back.
