We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The place was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time with our three kids. The host was so helpful, always available to answer our questions and give great recommendations. Made us feel at home. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Cyprus, this is it! Highly recommend! Will send all of my friends and my kids already want to go back :)

Accommodating host, right in the middle between the two towns and easily accessible by taxi or bus. We didn’t hire a car and it was fine for us by public transport A stones throw from the turtle beach which was incredible, Konnos beach is a short walk, as well as many other things. Would recommend. Only thing I would bare in mind is the garden is great, lots to do for kids but it is a lot of quite big/ high steps which our 2 year old needed hand holding to get up and down each time so couldn’t independently play

We have been to Cyprus/Larnaca for the 5th time and the Cypriot standard is usually just a little more rustic than we are used to from Austria. But the apartment was tip top. There were 5 of us. We all had comfortable and clean beds, a large terrace with seating and also the apartment's equipment with cupboards, kitchen, washing machine was great. The location is great, about 1 minute from Lazarus Church and about 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely be back. 👍💪🏽☺️

Honestly the perfect place to stay! It’s 2min away from the beach and everything you could need is walking distance away from the house. This was the first Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in with good wifi! We were 3 people working from the home and the wifi was perfect for us and we could all work comfortably on it! I’d also say it’s a great home to stay at if you have kids. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Lovely old world accommodation with museum like fixtures and fittings. As soon as you step through the door it was like stepping back in time. Very homely feel, clean and had everything you need for a quiet, peaceful stay. A bottle of local wine and ice in the freezer was a welcome touch, often overlooked. Aircon was good when required and plenty of hot water when needed. Plenty of space to chill inside and a nice deck area outside with lovely views over the village and down to the sea. Communication from the owner was excellent throughout. Lefkara itself is a beautiful mountain village with plenty of options for dining and drinking just a short stroll away if desired. No parking as it’s a village centre house, however free public parking just a few minutes walk away. Overall an excellent experience and one we were privileged to be able to have, thank you for opening up your home.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

It was a peaceful stay. Thanks to our host, Mr. Alp, open and easy communication and advice about the environment, we were very comfortable. The house was clean, warm and quite enjoyable. It may take a while to get used to the room and bathroom being separated by a curtain, but that's a minor detail. Everything was very comfortable and thoughtfully thought out. In addition, the central location of the house and the lack of parking provided a great convenience. Definitely preferable again 🍀❣️

The place looks exactly like the pictures. It was neat and in a lovely location. I loved the no contact check in. It is in a quiet location so it is great for workers/students. Would definitely recommend!

The location of the place was great – everything important, like downtown and shops, was within walking distance. The apartment was impeccably prepared and we were pleasantly pleased with the attention of the host, such as a bottle of prosecco. The kitchen was well-equipped, we didn't miss anything at all. The terrace is very nice and nice to sit on. We loved the place and would definitely recommend!

The place was as described in the photos and in the amenities. Georgina was always available and responded quickly. She gave lots of tips and recommendations on food and drink. She even got me a delicious little something from the baker. Georgina is very friendly, warm and helpful. The accommodation is in the immediate vicinity of the main road on the 24 hours always something going on and you always get everything you need for daily use. The sea (beach) is easily accessible on foot. The neighborhood is mixed quiet and friendly, but can also get a little louder until late into the night. I recommend earplugs and a sleeping mask or you should hang something in front of the bedroom window because there is a lamp opposite with a motion detector. The neighbor with his Harley (Boss Hoss) likes to demonstrate the volume. I recommend the place!

Very nice hosts, we felt at home. The apartment was very clean except for the dishes in the kitchen, there were still food leftovers on them and it was sometimes very greasy. It would be nice if certain spices such as salt and pepper were available, we had to buy all the same. The pool was very nice but unfortunately there were no seating options. Otherwise, everything was fine. We would come back. 😊

Our apartment was exactly what we wanted for our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, it also had 2 delightful balconies to sit and chill. The location was perfect for our needs, visiting relatives and touring. Magusa is a great place to explore history and enjoy authentic food. Alkan was quick to respond to our communications. His parents, which we had the pleasure of meeting (Feride/Enver) were also at hand if we needed anything. In all, very nice place and very nice people.

I had a lovely stay at Maria’s place and liked how she made it all feel very homely. It was easy walking distance to a large supermarket and some nice parks. Overall it had everything I needed for a peaceful break

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

Chris was very helpful, describing everything needed in great detail. The apartment is in a good location, close to the biggest beach and the bus station from where all the buses leave. The listing was as described. Well-equipped.

This is a great place for a short stay for 1-2 people. The host was easy to communicate with, and the location is quite walkable, but quiet.
