Really enjoyed our stay at Hulya's apartment communication was excellent with very clear instructions for entering, immediately felt comfortable and at home and the view is absolutely amazing, it is on a hill which we were aware of but was an easy walk down and just got taxi back, very centrally located to explore all areas of Alanya, would not hesitate to book again.

Staying in the apartment was always satisfactory. Everything you needed to live directly in a temporary apartment was available. The smaller shops and supermarkets were easily accessible on foot as well as the public beach access. Natalja was always available and was always able to help us with questions. So if you want to experience the "real" aesthetics of this country and not only stay with your citizens on a hotel grounds in another country, the apartment "ArtLife" of Natalja is highly recommended.

we were there as a family and it was just great..spacious rooms , and the terrace has just been the highlight a really great view and the pool was great for the kids. You can walk to the city in 10 minutes and there you just have everything you need. Back, we always took a taxi for about €4-5..since in the extreme heat the mountain can be really exhausting.. Otherwise really recommended .. Kasper also responds very quickly to messages .. Thank you very much (:

I was at the house in November. A beautiful house and beautiful holiday complex. For the first week, loud music could still be heard in the hotel across the street. The 2nd week was closed. The house has no heating, can then get a little fresh in the evening hours at +12 degrees only. When the sun has shone, there was also hot water as there is a solar system on the roof. Unfortunately, the windows were not so close to the noise from the D400 expressway. You always had some traffic noise. There are shutters everywhere and the kitchen was really great. Everything was there for cooking, fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, kettle and much more. Can recommend the house.

Had a great two weeks. Very good location, literally 3 minutes to the sea. Bright apartment with all kitchen utensils and other amenities. I recommend to everyone

The view from this Duplex apartment is lovely , the location is a quick 10 minute walk down to all beach, restaurants etc but it is quite a down hill walk so if you have walking issues you would need to use taxis up and down which are cheap , the pool was great and you can watch the sunset as you swim and the beautiful castle lit up in the evening , all amenities in the apart are modern and very comfortable , Timurhans parents live above this home and are very social and wellcoming , if you want a quiet place to escape after a busy day and evening this is the place , and Timurhan is very quick on his communication and ready to help with anything , thankyou Timurhan

Wow, as we left this beautiful place we promise; we would return. As teachers, we look for a quiet places where we can unwind and really enjoy the views. This location was beyond expectations. It's one of those beautiful spots on earth where you don't want to tell anyone because you're afraid others will spoil it, but not to share would be unfair for the rest. The hosts were lovely and so sweet. The private beach, the ocean, the sunset, and even the kitty visitors made everything sweet. We loved every single moment. I had tears in my eyes overcome by such beauty. It's truly a place you could call home.
