Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Avon

Had a great holiday with 3 families (6 adults and 6 kids 2-7 years old). The house and garden makes for a true paradise. There is plenty to discover for young and old. In addition, it is close to all amenities (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, butcher). And of course close to great bouldering areas in the fantastic forest of Fontainebleau. We will definitely be back.

The house was very nice and the area super quiet. We were there for bouldering and the location was - despite being a bit remote - perfect to reach the bouldering areas. 15 min from Milly and the baker in the next town is also very good. We were able to eat outside in the garden, which was nice. The kitchen is very well equipped and also the rest of the house including crib, bedding, stuffed animals and toys. That was more than expected :)

Very cozy and special cabin with all you need! I felt right at home, and it goes without saying that it is nicely located for climbing. Unfortunately I had to leave early for personal reasons, hope to be back soon!

Lovely house in a great location. Perfect walking access to huge bouldering area, village is beautiful too and worth walking around. House was nice for our needs and was set up with ecmxtr/extras beds on landing to accommodate us all. Yair very responsive with advice to get oven working.

Jessica and her children's house was perfect for our stay with friends. The children had plenty to enjoy outside (trampoline, swing, balls, etc.) or inside (board games, extra-ordinary game room). Adults also around the spacious terrace, cozy living room and quality barbecue (not to mention the jacuzzi). Jessica was a very considerate and accommodating host, even by interposed messages. The 5 adults, 3 children and baby who were present during this stay ALL recommend a stay in Poligny :-)!

Mona is a lovely host, super helpful. We had a super two days climbing in the forest. The location is fantastic. It is very close to some great bouldering spots. The place itself is very quiet, and spacious. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

For a bouldering trip to Bleau, there is no better option! The closest sector is just a 5-minute walk.

A short stay for a break from the trip, a night in a great place..everything was perfect, everything was together to have a great night, a great morning because we took the time to leave and enjoy the place.. A great bulcolic break,a great children's park, with a super zip line that made our biggest boy happy... we were so good there that we didn't want to get back on the road...a stop of several days would have been appreciated.. i recommend it 100% even more.🤣 Alice and Stéphane have everything planned, everything is well organized .. thank you again for everything .. We stayed in Caroline’s apartment for a week with our two daughters, 1 and 3 years old & really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very well furnished and really feels like a home. Beds are great and our kids really enjoyed all the toys and books. Parking was easy on the premises and easy to get to by car. This is a residential area and there’s a 15 min walk to the city centre with restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The kitchen is well stocked but some pots could be replaced and knives sharpened.

Second time for us in this accommodation, very good, what a pleasure to do everything on foot.

Hi , Jean Paul is a great host. For my next trip to the Paris region I will definitely come back. Maybe a little expensive when there are only two of you but the availability, comfort and accessories of the property make us quickly forget the amount. Thanks again Sylvain

Very convenient and sufficient accommodation for a few days to visit Fontainebleau, 2 min walk to the castle, with restaurants on the next street. Quiet, despite the poor sound insulation of the apartment.

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Sandy is a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect for our stay in Fontainebleau. We'd love to come back next year!

Perfect four-night stay thanks to Isabelle's accommodation. Very attentive, she was very caring. Many brochures available helped us choose destinations nearby. Everything is really complete, it feels like home! We would not hesitate to come back!

Very good stay, nice 3 bedroom apartment with all the amenities you need inside. All instructions were clear and simple. Apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and parking in a gated community. Good bedding, clean linens. Stéphane is very responsive, very friendly and more accommodating. Thank you for everything! A place to remember for our next visits!
