Apartment vacation rentals in Avoca Beach

Beautiful location, 2min walk to the Avalon shopping area, which has everything you would need great restaurants. Only 5min walk to Avalon Beach which also has an ocean pool. There are some great lookouts and hiking tracks nearby too. There was on-site parking for 1 car and plenty of easy street parking if you have a second car. The airbnb is located on the 2nd floor of Jan's house, with a private stairs entrance (would not be accessible for a wheelchair user). The airbnb had all the amenities you would need including a full kitchen and there was a washer and dryer which was handy! The airbnb was relatively clean, some areas could have a more thorough clean though. Good communication. Thank you Jan

Felt like home in the perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the beds were comfortable, the views were stunning, and the setting was incredibly peaceful. The location is ideal as a base for exploring Sydney. The full-sized kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and having a washing machine and dryer was a great added convenience. Tastefully decorated, peaceful private location. Fiona knocked on the door to check we were all good, subsequent messages to ensure settled, partner Tim even alerted our son his car window had been left open the night prior (rain). Not large but worked very well for 4 adults a 2 1/2 yo and 3 month old. Beautiful neighbourhood. Fiona was a fabulous host

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

Would have loved to have stayed longer but for the one night it was perfect! Great to have parking included. The flat was lovely and clean, comfortable bed and sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and WiFi worked well. The shower does leak under the door and make the bathroom floor wet, but that is the only slight problem, and an easy fix. The bath was great though. Would definitely stay again for longer so we could explore the area properly. Thanks!

The place is worth the money. Dan, Robert and Jacque are very responsive to all the queries and they ensure that all important information was given prior to check in. They gave us a clear instructions, recommendations of the places to see while staying in their place and some suggestions too. The place is very peaceful, away from the big crowds and its a perfect getaway after our stay in Manly. I would definitely come back and check out the upper deck of the property. We felt really at home when we were there. Lastly, there is this coffee place just around the corner if you want some freshly brewed coffee. We just love it. Kuddos to the property owners!

Edyta & Darius were top hosts. Super friendly, open and helpful. We could have chatted with them for hours. Thank you for making our anniversary weekend so special. Your humble abode was the perfect place to get away and nice & close to 8 on Trinity for our lunch. The bed was comfortable, space with clean and neat and the location easy to find and whisper quiet.

We stayed for a weekend (2 nights) and had the most wonderful time. The views were absolutely stunning, so serene and peaceful, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine on the balcony. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, from the beautiful amenities to the little touches like beach bags and umbrellas, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

I had booked Marlene’s as we were coming to Sydney to see my oldest sister, other family and an event - my uncles 70th birthday. We read some reviews and thought it was safe to stay at hers for the night. We arrived very late, rookie travellers and bad planning meant we checked in late and Marlene had waited the whole day for us, which we didn’t know. We were received really well. She was very kind and the house was immaculate. We just had a great time with some family and ended up not needing to stay the night at Marlene’s, we came back collected our things. If it wasn’t for the birthday, we would have DEFINITELY slept there. Bathroom was clean. Marlene was a lovely host. Very warm and welcoming!

We loved our stay at Jono's place. so close to beautiful Dee Why Beach and restaurants, with all amenities like supermarkets and express buses to city close by. Jono is a great host - caring and responsive. I would add that the residents in the apartment co.plex itself are also relaxed and friendly, and we instantly felt at home there.

We had a lovely stay in this fabulous apartment over Christmas and New Year. The apartment is spotless, bright and spacious, and beautifully furnished. It is in a great location, a short walk to the beach in Newport and close to good coffee shops and restaurants. Mia is an excellent host, very responsive to any queries we had and gave us clear and detailed information about check-in process and local amenities. Lots of free parking spaces in streets so parking is no problem. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back next year for another two week stay.

Colleen is a very generous host amd we look forward to staying there again next time we are in the area.

What an amazing place to stay with family, the apartment is so beautifully decorated with attention to detail and very clean. The rooftop jacuzzi with amazing views is truly remarkable! This is the second visit to The Entrance and this property… 5 years apart. It will always be my go-to stay when I visit Central Coast. Peter is friendly and proactive and the apartment is spacious, immaculately clean and real value for money. The rooftop terrace is the highlight for us, magnificent views, loads of different seating areas for eating, relaxing and socialising - with an outstanding hot tub! We would recommend this apartment 100% K&S. UK.
