Vacation rentals with a patio in Avis

The check-in went very well, an impeccable speed of response to messages. The apartment was clean, too bad the weather was not there to enjoy the beautiful terrace. The kitchen is located outside the accommodation but this is not disturbing because it is right in front of the entrance to the accommodation.

It was a treat to meet Beate in person at check in. Apartment was exactly as described and very quiet (one could hear some music from a nearby club but this was only on Friday and Saturday evenings) and not too disruptive. New Year Eve’s concert and Setúbal bay fireworks were literally less than 300m away and all for free . Great restaurants catering for all budgets immediately near and further afield. Selection is endless. The winter weather was spectacular which made enjoying the beaches a treat. Beate was so friendly and accommodating with any request. Highly recommended stay. We stayed for 7 nights over New Years.

This location is perfect if you want to drive and spend a few days exploring the Alentejo. Multiple towns are nearby. Evora is a great all day trip, including the megaliths outside of town, and you get to leave all the guided groups behind. Elvas is a wonderful town very near the border with Spain. Villa Real is a gem. Arraiolos is known for weaving rugs. Evoramonte is close by and has terrific views. All of these towns are hilltop towns with castles. The regional wine is terrific, the cork industry is fascinating, the olives, oranges, and lemons, are great, and you are in the middle of the area of marble quarrying. The towns are predominantly full of white buildings with mustard or blue trim and lot and lots of marble. Fica’s place is comfortable, quiet, and has restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, and small shops just steps away.

Great stay , we went for a friend's wedding. We were located just a few meters from the cathedral. Even though there were 5 of us we were very comfortable. Communication with Víctor as a very good host. We recommend it

Jorge is very responsible, he gave full information about the small and cozy house, the location of the house is very good and close to everything, He is very responsible and if there is a problem, he is responsive. I am very satisfied with my choice.

Diana and Susana were lovely hosts! The apartment was well appointed, comfortable, and had everything one would need. They were great communicators and helped make the stay smooth and easy even booking at the last minute. I couldn't be more grateful and would heartily recommend!

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment. The furnishings are elegant. The view excellent. The location very good. Communication with Margarida was straightforward and her aunt was very helpful.

Ghanim was, together with Vera, an excellent host. Very friendly, helpful and seemed to be always on call for our questions. We had some trouble finding the location (due to Google Maps not selecting the right area, Apple Maps worked fine) and Ghanim was very helpful by sending us waypoints and screenshots of the road we had to take. Also the check-in and check-out were very flexible. The location itself is huge, beautiful, nicely decorated and all the amenities are present - from linen to appliances and fresh lemons from the tree in the garden. Morning coffees in the greenhouse were part of our main routine. Can and will absolutely recommend 🙏

This was a really cute and nice place. It was as showed in the pictures, even a pooltable! The house is clean with a cozy fire place we used a lot because it was winter. The garden very beautiful and big. Though the outside area and pool is shared with another place on the same property, which was no problem for us but might should be taken into account. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for some peaceful time in nature.

I can’t say enough good things about Miguel’s air Bnb. It was lovely, clean, had all the little touches and right opposite there was this really amazing restaurant. After travelling for more than a week in different air bnbs, we felt so much at home in Miguel’s air Bnb.

I had booked this place for it’s proximity to a private event I had and it was great. The guest house is beautiful and cozy. There are many animals around and the area is very peaceful

The house was perfect for us, 6 adults and 1 child, with all that is needed, clean, well decorated and welcoming. The whole house has heating, beds and very comfortable bedding. Outdoor space, also well cared for. Located in a quiet area, ideal for those who want to escape the stress of the city or simply spend a family weekend. I recommend it.

The house is very cozy, it is well located to get to know the surroundings well. It is very calm and great to rest. We miss the couch on the ground floor. The information Rodrigo gave was very helpful. We really enjoyed it! :)

Great stay, the owner was very attentive, and the place is great. It has a large fridge and everything you need to spend a few days. There are many villages to visit in the area as well as natural pools.

Martine was super helpful and sent clear instructions, the place is beautiful and super calm, very good location to get around to all points of interest. Excellent place would definitely recommend!

A very comfortable and very clean place to stay. I had plenty of utensils . It had firewood available and a very comfortable beds. The accommodation is excellent.

This was the cleanest Air BNB we ever stayed in. The grounds and pool are very well maintained. The surrounding beaches, countryside and towns are beautiful and it is located in an all round spectacular setting. David was a very helpful host and there is pool!
