Great location near the lagoon, this quaint Portuguese home with a beautiful private yard/pool is perfect for a family vacation or just a romantic getaway. Carlos was responsive through the whole process and made us feel right at home. We will definitely return.

We liked it very much. At the property, the gigantic pool in particular is a highlight as well as the quiet location in the nature with a view. The property and cottage is a bit outdated, but very authentic. You can reach many great beaches, cliff hiking trails, as well as the very beautiful fishing village of Sesimbra in a short time by car. We also took day trips to Lisbon and Sintra. Host Barbara was extremely helpful, friendly and straightforward. Thank you!

This was an absolute dream house I deeply loved! Such a treat to enjoy this incredible home in such a perfect location in Ericeira. Gorgeous sunset views. Walkable to the beach. The coziest and beautifully designed lounge spaces. Great for working and studying or entertaining. Kitchen has everything that you need! Loved the dining room, sun room, and outdoor spaces. I’d move into this home. It has just the best energy and is perfect for families. Elizabeth is the BEST host as well! She goes above and beyond in catering to guest needs and is so easy to adore 🥰 I’ve stayed in all of her listings because I just love the aesthetic of her homes that she’s created and she is the dearest most genuine pure soul 💖 Thank you again for such a warm and wonderful welcome for this month I’ve had in Carvoeira/Ericeira! We had a great stay in extremely comfortable surroundings. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Fabulous swimming pool! Exiting the property a bit hazardous by car. The property is on a very busy main road and is a lorry route, you need two people to exit, one in the street as traffic flies by! A mirror situated so that you can see what is coming would be extremely helpful. The road is noisy but did not penetrate the house too much. Most shops, restaurants, etc are a short drive away. There is nowhere close enough on foot. Beds are comfortable but bed linen and towels are a little old and tired, they could do with replacing. Contacting the host during the week was problematical. Phone rings 3 times then changes to engaged tone. On one occasion all the electricity cut out, fortunately we were able to find the trip switches. We were aware that in an emergency we could not make immediate contact, a bit worrying. A minor point but as a party of 7, two sets of keys would have been helpful.

Amazingly beautiful home. We had the best time at Catarina,s place and would highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a family holiday

The property was perfect for our group visiting Cascais for the Ibercup. The host was fantastic and on hand to welcome us into the property. The host recommended the best local restaurants and the property literally had everything we needed and immediately felt like home. The only slight negative if anything was the local night noise at the weekend but with a central location it is expected. I would most definitely consider again when visiting the area and recommend to friends.

I have now stayed at Paulo's little haven twice. This place is truly unforgettable. It makes a person want to just disappear and live there in that little house forever. The house is very well-equipped, cozy and homey, and stands out against all other airbnbs I have experienced. I had to bring my friends and family back for a second visit.

We had a great stay, location was great quiet but very walkable. Views were incredible and very comfortable bed, we will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful and quiet place. The house was spacious and comfortable and I could feel the host's touches everywhere. Above all, during a large power outage, Lydia said that she was worried about our safety and came to us. Even though we couldn't meet because we were out and about, that alone was a great comfort for us who were embarrassed. Thanks to you, I had a good stay.

Candida let us in, explained about the house, things to see and do in the area, including restaurants, the local mini market and butcher shop, beaches and other interest points. she gave us some helpful tips. the house is very suitable for young children. there are games for children in the house, plastic plates and cups. our 3&5 year olds really liked it. it is a short drive from the marina(less than 10 minutes) and from the beaches on the western coast.

Very large house with private pool and really huge roof terrace. There were only two of us here, there are beds for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. There is a garage for the car, also enough parking space in front of the house. For surfing: only 10 minutes by car to Baleal and Supertubos is even closer. Thanks to Celia for the wonderful time!

We had a very pleasant stay in Ribamar at Filipa's... The house is perfect and very well decorated with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Filipa knows how to make herself available and responsive ... Modern and with an exterior where you can have lunch and a 2nd exterior or enjoy a relaxing moment in the evening Ribamar has kept its authenticity We recommend Filipa's place and the surrounding area with Ericeira and her surfers among others We'll be happy to go back. 😉 Cristina

Ghanim was, together with Vera, an excellent host. Very friendly, helpful and seemed to be always on call for our questions. We had some trouble finding the location (due to Google Maps not selecting the right area, Apple Maps worked fine) and Ghanim was very helpful by sending us waypoints and screenshots of the road we had to take. Also the check-in and check-out were very flexible. The location itself is huge, beautiful, nicely decorated and all the amenities are present - from linen to appliances and fresh lemons from the tree in the garden. Morning coffees in the greenhouse were part of our main routine. Can and will absolutely recommend 🙏

This is the house if you want to stay in the country. We were 3 generations that fit in. Nice with your own house for the young people. Large area around & pool. The host was extremely quick and accommodating to answer questions and gave such good recommendations at different restaurants and activities that we requested. Is a dog kennel nearby where there is usually a connection with them getting food. Quiet in between. Good to have a car here.

Great location to explore the Sintra Natural Park. Beautiful property with everything you need to an extended stay to explore the area. Wish we had more time to stay longer. Host is very responsive to any needs/questions we had. Would stay here again if ever back in the area.

The house was not lacking in detail, very nice and well-kept. The only drawback is the showers, the bathtub downstairs is very small and if you're a little big you can't get through the doors of the shower upstairs, it's even difficult to wash your hair because your elbows get in the way

Paulo’s place is a lovely house and we enjoyed our stay here. We weren’t so lucky with the weather in April but if you had the sun it would be a fantastic place to spend afternoons by the pool. The inside of the house is very nice and has everything you need. My only comments would be that it needs a little TLC in places and some of the photos are now a few years old for example the trampoline and outdoor furniture no longer looks how it does in the photos. It’s to be expected as Portugal has had some bad weather recently but it’s a little misleading. If these things were improved it would be superb.

Lia's place is a tiny apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment is part of her house. There are a lot of common areas available for guests to use. I really liked sitting on veranda. The apartment is decorated with great taste. All appliances worked for me. I cooked there about 1 meal every second day. Lia was kind to provide me with a large sauce pan so that I can make my favorite soup.

Sofia was a very proactive and friendly host. All key information were promptly provided days prior to check-in. Easy self-access with the instructions provided. Rooms were ready and property was clean by the time we arrived. It is a 10-20 minutes commute to certain shops at late hours, however, the privacy is worth its keep. There is supermarket super close by, for us was unfortunate due to the time we would arrive everyday at the property meant they were always closed, but those seeking a holiday, that would be no issue. Lovely spacious living room with doors that you see straight out to the swimming pool. As we were there mainly for business purposes, we did not manage to have usage of certain available amenities - but worth to those coming in for a holiday. Sofia was also always efficient in responding, regardless of time (unethical on my part to message pas midnight) nonetheless, she would respond right away. Beautiful home and an amazing host.
